We hired Silverlake Construction for a fairly large complicated addition that involves pretty much every building trade craft there is. They have been great so far, Jorge and his crews definitely know what they're doing. Once we got the plans and contract fully hashed out they got the permit approved 3x quicker than the other guys said it would take and immediately started working hard and getting things done fast. We're about halfway thru the project now and so far we've been super impressed with everything, the exterior is looking fantastic and the interior is about to start getting the drywall, floors and finishes. We have no doubt that we'll be happy with the finished product. Jorge is a good guy, he's put up with us making changes or special requests late in the game and made them happen. Anyways, I can't recommend them enough, the pricing is fair and work is high quality

I can highly recommend Georges Construction for ALL your home improvements needs. I have owned 6 houses and have hired many contractors and none of them can hold a candle to this company and their work ethic. George's crew is highly skilled, hardworking, on time, friendly and a pleasure to work with every day. They showed up at the crack of dawn and worked until dusk and several times beyond. George has very high standards when it comes to the quality of his work, and he made sure that we were satisfied with every aspect of the garage build. We are not the typical customers and wanted to add "character" in our new build. We insisted on using 4 antique 110-year-old porch posts, adding a cupola and weathervane vane to the metal garage roof and used other salvaged materials. George's crew made it all work like magic, without complaint or added labor cost. The total price of the garage was very reasonable also. I would not hesitate to hire Georges Construction again and again. This company is highly trustworthy, true artists, professional and the best in my book. I feel very lucky to have hired them. What a breath of fresh air!!!!!

Right out of the gate when I called for a quote, Jorge was there the next day for measurements and discussing ideas. The garage went up in less that three weeks with minimal problems (weather). Even with the current prices for materials (concrete and lumber), Jorge was able to work with me to keep the price as low as possible while being flexible. In addition he would do daily social media live streams of the construction progress that I could watch while at work. Fantastic to work with and a legitimately GOOD person. Would absolutely recommend to work with again.

Jorge and his team are hard working professionals. Our project was big and complex. We took possession of our home in mid-June and by the first week of August Jorge and his team renovated three bathrooms, added an half bathroom, remodeled all 1000 square feet in our basement, installed new hardwood flooring, and painted almost 90% of our house. Throughout the project there was not a day when Jorge and his team were not working. We wanted a finished product where every detail met our expectations, and Jorge delivered just that. Fernando was an artist installing our tile and stone columns. Luis’s finish carpentry and trim installation was top notch. The final cleanup exceeded our expectations. We will certainly contact Jorge for future projects at our home and we have already recommended him to family and friends. George's Construction did an amazing job building my 2 car garage! I am extremely happy with the finished product. They provided end-to-end service from concept to construction. They made it a pleasurable and seamless experience. I did lots of research, got recommendations and several quotes before selecting a contractor. I was immediately impressed with the detail and level of service they provided. They really worked with me to understand what I wanted and made sure that's what I got. They came several times during the bid process to provide a very detailed quote and made me think of things I hadn't considered. They made sure there weren't any surprises or hidden costs. One of the things that really set them apart is how much time they took with me and how they cared about my project and making it right for me. They made me feel like it was more than just a job. I felt like they were making a personal commitment to me/my project. I knew I could trust them to go a good job and they did. They were so reliable, here every day and called afterward to make sure I was happy with the work. I never had to guess about anything. They finished the job faster than planned and did more than I expected or asked them to do. They made sure my garage and surrounding property looked great. The team was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if I build something else.

My experience with Jorge and his team was excellent from the first encounter. Jorge reviewed my highly detailed requirement lists and the architect drawings. He took the initiative to meet with the architect to clarify questions; managed all permitting needs; was extraordinarily attentive to the work of his team and all the subcontractors. He consulted with us when there were options to consider and provided a balanced assessment and recommendations. We have had experiences with 4 different general contractors over the past 15 years and found George's Construction to be the best experience with best pricing in this complex project of building a multi-function garage and entertainment space.

Oh my gosh: It is so good. It is especially beautiful because of the way the team finished off all the edges and connections. And it was a great event because they are so kind and so professional. Always asking if there were more I needed added - not more cost, but did I like the finish, the curve etc. Wonderful! And also great because the expert advice of the best ways to run the water off (while looking so good) to improve past situations I have had before that no one helped with. Gentlemen. Professional. Clearly have pride in their work.

First, I had never used Angie’s list and did not know what to expect. Short summary is that the entire experience exceeded my expectations. George’s responded quickly to my Angie’s inquiry & set-up a site visit... within days I had an estimate and a start date! I need to mention that I often travel with my job, so I would have to provide a key to my house & garage. I had total trust in their professionalism, trustworthiness and their morals. Their work was excellent and they kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I was also pleased with each phase before moving on to the next. I would hire them again & have no hesitation in recommending George’s Construction!

Nice guys but very unreliable. Gave me a (shockingly low) bid on renovation (before having a design) just after meeting with me, then it turned out they hadn't included any of the specifics I told them I wanted. Were supposed to get me a design on attic but the initial draft had measurements wrong (significantly off!) and didn't fit space. Then designer quit the job because too busy and then they were unable to find someone else to do design. I eventually found someone else to do design and contacted them again about getting an estimate. They said they were working on it but then stopped answering my calls.

The repairs went extremely well and craftsmanship is of high quality. The owners of George's Construction are professional and pleasant.

The home in which I live had a roof leak in the past that caused water damaged ceilings. The roof and ceilings had been replaced/repaired. However, the ceiling repair had been botched and my kitchen ceiling was coming down. By the time I called George’s there was a 2-1/2 feet by 3 feet portion of the kitchen ceiling coming down and small patches in the living room and bathroom had started to peel. George’s repaired those damaged spots. But a wonderful surprise was that they also perfectly leveled and smoothed the entirety of the ceilings which had been replaced but not properly finished I would say. Before George's Construction repaired them, you could tell where the individual rows of ceiling drywall panel existed. After George’s Construction’s repair, it is now one beautiful smooth ceiling. They did a great job. Carlos, the ceiling finisher and painter, is truly an artist. Three years later my ceilings are still beautiful. They also painted my living room, kitchen and hallway. The paint job was fast, neat and beautifully applied.

It went great. The windows were done very well and within a day. They look so nice and I can feel the difference. I use George's Construction whenever I need a job done and need it done right. Professional and pleasant service is so important and George has it.

George sometimes even went and buy materials so I don't have to go to the store. His crew is very professional and they finished the job on time. He even suggested some ideas when we did the bathroom remodeling.
