"No. The customer service was awful. First, he came in & told me it was a valve in the master bath that he could change out & hose in the kitchen he could replace & a new kit for the toilet ($265). Polestar was supposed to get back to me that afternoon with an estimate, they did not. I called them the next day & again they were supposed to get back to me with an estimate, they did not. I called them again this afternoon for the estimate & they finally sent one over. They wanted to replace the whole master bath sink ($578), not just a valve as stated while he was here & the whole kitchen sink ($884), not just a hose. SERIOUSLY?!!? No wonder they took so olong to get me the estimate. UNBELIEVABLE!!"

Quick Relief Plumbing started in 2012 with the idea of serving the community with superior plumbing service and quality workmanship. Owner Anthony Ficara grew up in the plumbing industry, working alongside his father starting at the age of 5. At first, Anthony would run back and forth to the truck getting whatever tools or materials his father needed.
