Trey was great! Showed up on time and was a great communicator. Worked quickly and then went over everything in detail to make sure I was informed.

They were the first to call and said they could be here within an hour with a free estimate. Other calls took 10 to 15 minutes wanting to charge for the estimate. I think Trey was here within 20 minutes. I hope KC Metro Plumbing appreciates Trey. He is an outstanding customer service rep/repair man. I was given the quote immediately for the job I requested. He then explained other possible repairs once he started the job and quoted the cost. He was fast and thorough in completion. Thankfully, no other repairs where needed. Trey was patient and an active listener. Conscientious of my concerns. KC Metro Plumbing is a professional company to do business with and will always be recommended by me. Excellent job! I have their magnet on my fridge for future jobs.

They called as soon as I searched for a pro and coincidentally, they’re the same pro our friends referred to us as they also got their plumbing services when they bought a home. We didn’t have to wait for a week or so, they made it possible to have the job completed before we left (we were just visiting from Vegas to help our son moved to his new home). Everything went flawless, Trey went above and beyond. He noted other issues that need to be taken care of and he finished it in a timely manner, no hiccups thank God.

His son Kyle performed the work very professionally and quickly, cleaned up completely. They are the standard for professional plumbing work; everything you would want a plumber to be. LJ describe the needed repair and how he would approach the leak. He was very clean and professional in this project and we have confidence that he not only knew what he was doing but repaired the line, cleaned up the area and billed us for the amount we agreed upon prior to the work being completed.

I am so thankful I found KC Metro Plumbing. Water started to appear in front of my toilet. I called KC Metro Plumbing in the evening. LJ was out the next day to ***** the problem. He discovered the toilet was not level due to the rotten sub floor. When he removed the rotten sub floor, he discover the copper pipe the toilet was hooked into was bad. He replaced the sub floor under the toilet and this major pipe. LJ took the time to show me the bad pipe and floor before he replaced them explaining how much of the pipe he was removing, and how he was going to place the sub floor into the floor joist. LJ made me feel very comfortable through this whole process. He did it all in 1 appointment. I would recommend KC Metro Plumbing to all my family and friends.

Great work! LJ contacted me immediately and job was scheduled for three days later per my request. His son Kyle did the work. Arrived on time and was very professional. Turns out the leak under dishwasher was coming from pipes under kitchen skin. Kyle replaced the pipes and a new faucet/sprayer. All reasonably priced--compared to other big plumbing companies. He cleaned under the dishwasher and removed a stain on kitchen sink. I highly recommend. Will be using them again for sure in the future and have already recommended to friends. Great, great company to do business with! Thank you again!

Everyone was very friendly & courteous. The estimate went well. The technician who performed the work was careful not to make a mess & took precautions about possible leaks. The work was done within the estimated time & for the estimated price. The new shower fittings perform well.

Great! KC Metro Plumbing arrived on time, provided 2 options (repair vs replace the leaking faucet). The repair option was less expensive, though not guaranteed to resolve the issue - as a few different things could be the root cause and it may need replaced entirely. I chose to repair it, and thankfully it resolved the issue at very little cost. Grateful to KC Metro Plumbing for following up with us on our inquiry so quickly, and coming out the next day (before freezing temp's outside were forecasted to arrive just 2 days later). We would absolutely hire KC Metro Plumbing again. THANKS!!
