No. The customer service was awful. First, he came in & told me it was a valve in the master bath that he could change out & hose in the kitchen he could replace & a new kit for the toilet ($265). Polestar was supposed to get back to me that afternoon with an estimate, they did not. I called them the next day & again they were supposed to get back to me with an estimate, they did not. I called them again this afternoon for the estimate & they finally sent one over. They wanted to replace the whole master bath sink ($578), not just a valve as stated while he was here & the whole kitchen sink ($884), not just a hose. SERIOUSLY?!!? No wonder they took so olong to get me the estimate. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Technician showed up on time fixed the issue and 6 months later still have not seen another issue.

The Polestar team was efficient, professional and respectful of our property. The systems that were installed have saved us hundreds of dollars on our monthly utility bills and we are extremely more comfortable. Thank you, Polestar!

It is not working. I kept calling them. I had a functioning air conditioner before, it may not be as great but it was working and now I don't have an air conditioner, its not working. The company refuses to fix the problem or refund the money. This is without a doubt the worst experienced that I ever had with company hired with the Angi app.

Larry was incredibly thorough and professional. He showed me what he was analyzing and why every step of the way. He didn’t just say what was wrong, he taught me why it wasn’t working, proved it and asked permission before fixing it. Best of all he fixed the problem! And looked out for our health and pocket book along the way.

My family was desperately in need of a water heater, we proceeded to call for Polestar to help us in our time of need. Polestar came and installed a new water heater at our home and got us up and going within hours. On top of that, they noticed our sump pump having issues being able to keep up with the consistent water flow coming into our basement, so they got us set up and installed with a new sump pump right before a major rainstorm that could have easily flooded our basement. Thank you Polestar you did amazing and will easily suggest you to our friends and family.

Got right out and got everything taken care of so that we could function again that day. Came back to clean up and do as much to level the yard as possible. We appreciated the guys on the job and their professionalism and friendliness.

Great company with very helpful and knowledgeable staff! They are really good about getting you in the same day you call and are very thorough in all stages of the job process. They arrived when they said they would and gave me a heads up before they came to my home. Everything went smoothly and they even called back to check in on my experience after the job was complete. Would definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever! Do not hire these guys!!Danny the field supervisor is absolutely horrible. He misdiagnosed the problem on a Wednesday, and then instead of just admitting to the error and giving us a new estimate he kept arguing with us and his crew that at any moment the pipe was going to turn and go out the front of the house. He continued to argue this even when we were all telling him that it was almost to the wall out back. Mind you he did all this arguing without ever showing back up to the house. He told us 9-10 times over the course of the job that he would be over later that day, early the next morning, etc and never showed up and never called to say he wasn’t going to show up. And he NEVER provided us a bill. I called and complained the following Monday about his argumentative attitude, lack of showing up, respect for our time, and lack of billing. I spoke to Nathan (the service manager) who assured me he would take care of and correct everything. That did not happen at all, Danny kept not showing up, not providing a bill and arguing with us and his crew that we were all wrong and we needed to do twice the work that was required. Even though we could clearly see on the video that the pipes outside in the backyard were fine. With this I called again to speak to a manager, I was told they were all in a meeting and would call me back shortly. No one ever called. So several hours later I made a lengthy comment on their Facebook page hoping to get someones attention and a phone call back. Nothing, they could not be bothered to respond. So I showed up, surprise spur of the moment visit, at their office the next morning to speak to them in person. I spoke again to Nathan and to Steve (Marketing Manager)At this point they started taking me seriously and sent out a new field supervisor and sent us a bill later on. An hour after that meeting I went on Facebook to remove my post, as it had not accomplished its task and I felt my visit did. But to my surprise it had been deleted by the company! My guess would be Steve. This is shady and shows a huge lack of integrity. We would never do that in my business, you respond you don’t delete! I then thought all went well. The rest of the guys were great, but as it turned out they are not good at their job. When the general contractor showed up to do his work they found Polestar’s work to be beyond shoddy. Lines are not level, they are not all placed the same, there are no shut off valves for the bathroom plumbing and the drain for the bathtub was not only not deep enough it was not installed correctly and cemented too close. The contractor had to call another plumber and it took them 5 hours to get a fix in place. This required digging out cement and then doing some crazy plumbing to avoid having to rip the whole thing out and redoing it. They also found lines that were starting to leak slightly and repaired those. Mind you Polestar just finished this work 3-4 weeks before the contractor discovered the issues. They also installed a sewer clean out so incorrectly that it is not flush with the wall, and can not be covered with a wall utility door because that would make the hall legally too narrow. The only way to correct this is to tear it out, jack the floor back up, tear out some of that piping, replace it all correctly and re-cement and re-dry wall. Can’t afford that after all the other expenses. Both gentlemen (the contractor and other plumber) and our project manager (all separate companies and not connected to each other in anyway) said it was some of the sloppiest, shoddiest work they had seen in a long time, and mentioned that they would never contract with Polestar based on the job they did for us. Fingers crossed they did a better job on all the sewer piping they cemented over or we will be leaking again in no time. Polestar made a bad experience (sewer in the basement) 100 times worse with their lack of integrity, respect, billing, horrible customer service and shoddy work. Save your money, time and headaches and hire anyone but Polestar.

Went great. They were punctual, professional, and got my a/c working again

Polestar was very responsive. Once I made the appointment by phone with Patty, I received a confirmation both by email and text. They were able to do the work on Saturday and arrived as scheduled. Anthony and Isaac were very friendly and professional and completed the work in just over an hour. The old fixture and all packing materials were taken away. Everything went smoothly and we appreciated the expertise to get the job done right.

It went great technicians were really nice and professional.

Their service leaves a lot to be desired.

Love to leave a review for Doug, he left my house about 8pm last night. The fourth time I have called you, for a repair, happy every time with four different techs I have had. Anyway real happy with Polestar and Doug in particular last night. A/C works again, got a few tips to make things easier on my machine and all for less than $90.00. Before Polestar we had window air units; in two days we had moved into the 21st century with cool air throughout our home. We hadn’t realized what we were missing until Polestar provided their fantastic service installing central air in our home. Thank you Polestar!!

My brothers furnace started to roll out flames every time it started. He is very ill and has no money. Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning learned of his plight and volunteered tho help installing a new $4,000 system Bless you all.

Polestar has excellent services. I have been using them for over 10 years now. They came to my house for an AC tune up and I cannot thank them enough for what they do.
