Shane went through the roof drain as I asked and problem was solved. He was punctual & courteous. For sure WOULD hire them for future work.

Last night I discovered a stopped up drain was backing up into utility sink in basement. Called Gray Wolf this morning and had drain open and running again by 3pm this afternoon. I found my sewer line had broke. That was on a Tuesday. My wife called Gray Wolf and they said they could get to it by Friday. They came out when they said they would, and fixed the broken line during a frigid ice and rainstorm, and at a very reasonable cost. The work was done well, and they cleaned up when they left. I also got a previous bid from them on a different job. They were the first to respond to the bid request and the first to show up to give an estimate. I hired someone else who was more available at the time, but I like the way Gray Wolf does business. I highly recommend them.

Excellent, the problem was tree roots, per usual. They did a wonderful job as always. The workers were very courteous and professional. I would recommend Gray Wolf to anyone for a job.

Called and was told they would call when person who does this came back from vacation. It's been 3 weeks and no one has called me.

I did not have them do it - wanted to charge a minimum of 250 and more if they could not shut off the water (which is already shut off). I said, thank you for responding, I will get someone else.

Great. Got started later than anticipated but I was notified they would be here as soon as possible. Gary and Josh diagnosed the problem, fixed it and went the extra mile to install a new faucet to improve the water pressure that will go a ways to prevent further problems. Both gentlemen were professional, pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely use this service again.

On any home project, I like to discuss the work to be performed to get a feel for the company in addition to an accurate bid for services. Gray Wolf Plumbing not only gave me the best price, but I felt confident that they would do a good job. When I called for a bid, I had a nice chat about the company (family owned) and a very knowlegable description of the brand to be used as well as how the heater would be installed. The two young men who installed the heater were professional and pleasant, and answered any questions I had, as well as a couple of additional questions that could lead to future projects. I was very pleased with the process and the quality of work and would definately use them for future plumbing needs.

Tour. They came to do and free estimate. Said they would email the estimate that evening. It was not received so we called the next day. We're told he was still working on the estimate and would work on it on the weekend and email it to us. Three days later we have still not received the estimate. If they didn't want to do the job they should have just said so.

Water heater in condo not working. Gray Wolf came out to measure the space so they could install the correct unit, did not charge for an extra service call to do this. We contacted them Monday morning and had hot water Monday afternoon, they came as they said and were punctual, polite and fully disclosed all cost (and potential adjustments) prior to their visit. We have used them in the past and are very pleased with their service, I highly recommend them!

The woman who arranged service was very friendly and polite. She fully disclosed all cost and potential for additional cost up front, and arranged the service call for Monday between 8-9am. Two men arrived at 9am, removed the old toilet and delivered / installed the new one, then fixed the shower (removed calcium deposits). It took just over an hour. I am very pleased and will use them again.

They showed up on time and cleaned out the pipe so our washing machine will drain properly. They explained how we can maintain the drain better to prevent this in the future. You do need to know that they charge $100 for the service call, then any parts and labor charges are in addition to that. I was able to apply the Angie's List coupon which was very nice. Good service all around.

Gray Wolf Plumbing always provides excellent customer service and communicates very clearly on the issues found and how to repair. They have done several projects for me on several homes to include re-plumbing an entire house, smaller plumbing repairs, and larger sewer repairs including digging up old sewer from house to septic system. They honor their estimates, perform the work in a timely manner, and communicate well along the way. I will continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs.

The tech was very polite and acted very professional no issues there but he didn’t seem skilled enough in his work to realize it was root intrusion and not a sunken joint he was unable to get his 3” head down the line he hit a spot that he felt was a sunken joint so he put on a smaller head and he poked through the roots I don’t know if he didn’t have the training that was required to tell whether it was roots or not so had another plumbing company come and snake the line and they explained to me it was a root pack and we can get through it so they worked the spot and cleared it out

Awesome. They replaced the sink and faucet with the one we purchased at Menards. They also replaced the shut off valves that no longer worked and necessary plumbing under the sink.

Excellent. I woke up on a Friday morning to no hot water. After seeing excellent reviews on Angie's List and placing a few phone calls, I settled on Gray Wolf Plumbing. They were able to replace the old water heater with a new, A.O. Smith 50 gallon heater by the middle of the afternoon the same day. I am extremely pleased with the entire process, from talking to Sheila (very knowledgeable) all the way through to the service technician who installed the new heater. The technicians were professional and cleaned up after their work. The heater fits perfectly in the old space even with the modifications needed to the plumbing. Gray Wolf will be my go to for all plumbing needs.

They quickly figured out the problems and presented options to fix them. Friendly and knowledgeable. FYI - I'm one of those raters who never gives the highest score. There's always room for improvement, right?! And, it's hard to rate when you don't have anything to compare to.

We've been struggling with low water pressure for 9 months now -- several plumbing companies came out and gave us the same answer: an expensive project replacing our lines. Only Grey Wolf suggested that there might be another solution, and made repairs at the faucets themselves, and got us back to serviceable water pressure. Wish we'd called them first!

Pipe was fixed, tub spout put on and it works as it should. Initially we were going to have Gray Wolf put in all the new shower fixture items (handle/faucet along the inside cartridge and shower head) but we ended up doing that ourselves once we bought the right part. The lady who answered the phone for Gray Wolf - and worked with my husband, not me - knew what questions to ask, provided estimates and told us what to expect as far as repairs went. The billing statement left by the guy who did the work was legible and provided good detail about what was done, materials used, and the cost of everything. Gray Wolf was easy to work with and we will use them again / recommend them to others. My father-in-law initially provided my husband and me with Gray Wolf's phone number.

Very well. Very professional work and done timely. Highly recommended and will definitely use again for my next plumbing needs. Also I would add that Sheila does a very nice job of not only taking the calls and letting you know about scheduling, but she also does a good job of discussing your needs to understand what will be entailed and what you can expect.

Gray Wolf Plumbing was terrific! The woman answering the phone really knew her stuff. She asked key questions, set up an appointment quickly, and gave me advice on what to do for the next 24 hours until a technician could get there. Then, the technician was great! He solved the problem quickly, but was also very thorough in checking everything to make sure there wasn't a more extensive issue. He even played with my dogs! :) The price was more than reasonable, and I appreciated the Angie's List discount.

Extremely pleased with service, very professional. Brought the wrong toilet but immediately corrected the situation and explained what happened. Very pleased with the service and definitely would recommend.
