Thoroughly enjoyed talking to them and watching them perform the stump removal. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a stump removal!"

Trenchless repairs meet industry standards and local utility standards, which are permanent. Nu Flow Indy also has specialized equipment for: *High Definition Self Leveling Camera Inspections. *Cleaning 100% of the pipe, not just poking a hole so water flows for a few more weeks. * Fixing your problem with either Dig or No Dig solutions. We look forward to the opportunity to provide you with a free quote!
"I was surprised to find that this company doesn't do what they say. They make a big deal about fixing pool and spa lines, but according to our messenger conversation, they don't. Why advertise you do something if you don't. Since they only have the Indy location, saying that Indy doesn't is the same as they don't. For a family-owned and operated business, they sure fall short of integrity. So maybe they should say only sewer lines and remove the false advertising on their website. There are many options for this work and think twice before hiring these guys because if they lie on their services online, I am sure they are going to lie in person. This company failed to live up to their advertised services."

"Do. NOT. RECOMMEND. We heard glowing reviews, but that must have been from over a decade ago because how IKES is treating customers and their tasks is abysmal. 1st job) done with 3 guys, we requested a camera. Camera Never happened. They "cleared" drain. We paid $380. We hired them 1-2 weeks later to hydrojet our French drain. After 1 attempt they said they couldn't accommodate the roots, charged us , and we paid $450 dollars for the second job. 1 week later (or 3 weeks since original clog) original clog clogs again. I call, say "yall were here 3 weeks ago, can you come fix this again? Can we use a camera!?" Yes they'll come back out "for $185" to finish what they didn't finish initially. 1 guy comes very late, think 3 hours after ETA at about 6:30 pm (because when he arrived at 5:30, he didn't have the draining equipment, or the camera, and when he returned at 6:30 pm he had still forgotten the camera) He couldn't release the clog. He was new and didn't have plumbing experience. He said he had been a plumber and with Ikes for 3 months. He got the machine stuck. At 7:30 pm he left saying " we'll be back in the morning to finish clearing" Never came back, never called. We called another plumber. He arrived within hours. He snaked the drain. He used his camera pre snake and post snake. He showed us the blockage. He was finished in under an hour. He charged $200 and I paid and tipped him on the spot. 2 months later I get my FIRST invoice from IKES for the 3rd job left undone. I CALLED ikes the following day, they said they would have the office manager call me back. NO BODY EVER CALLED ME BACK. But, I DID get word from IKES through a second party! They had sent my bill to COLLECTIONS. 5 days after I received my first invoice from IKES for their incomplete 3rd job (2 months after the initial 3rd call to IKES), I got a notice from Capital Accounts collections agency. At least The collections agency gave me 30 days to work with the issue! Way more time than IKES gives their clients to PAY for their shifty and incomplete jobs! IKES has a Sneaky and irresponsible way to collect money from their clients, for jobs they don't have the skills to accommodate. There are so many sewer services, if you save heartache, time , energy and money reading this note, then that's all I'm hoping for. Best wishes!"

In most states, companies that perform sewer cleaning services don’t need specific licensing, but you should always ensure you hire a licensed and certified plumber to get the work done. You can use our state licensing tool to check whether the potential sewer cleaning company holds a plumber’s certification and license. Hiring a certified sewer cleaning services guarantees that the work will be done safely, there won’t be additional damage done to your home, and the problem will be fixed.
The average cost to snake your main sewer line is around $250 for a simple snake. Most sewer line specialists charge between $45 and $200 per hour for main sewer line snaking, so the time involved plays a major role. The price you’ll pay will depend on the severity of the clog, the item causing the backup, how long it takes to remove the item, and more. A more severe issue that requires unclogging a main sewer line will cost $3,100 on average.
There are a few signs of a clog in your main sewer line that you should keep in mind.
Common signs of a sewer line clog:
Multiple fixtures in your home drain slowly
Drains in your home gurgle during or after draining
Water backs up into your sewer line cleanout
You notice foul odors in your home
The best way to confirm that your main sewer line is clogged is to hire a professional plumber to assess the situation and use a camera to inspect the inside.
In most cases, drain cleaners will not clear a clogged sewer line, and they’re likely to damage your plumbing. Sewer lines are several inches wide, meaning any material that clogs it will need to be large. Drain cleaner can work on small clogs, but it usually won’t clear a larger one in a sewer main. Drain cleaners can also easily damage and corrode your plumbing with prolonged contact, and a clog will keep the cleaner in contact with the pipes for an extended period. Hire a professional sewer cleaner instead for a safe fix.
You should not attempt to snake your sewer yourself. Accessing and snaking your sewer requires heavy-duty equipment, and while renting is possible, misusing it can damage your sewer main and leave you with very expensive repair costs, not to mention potential environmental issues and severe water damage. Accessing your sewer also exposes you to hazardous sewer gasses, and failing to seal the sewer properly after work can be very dangerous. It’s always best to hire a professional sewer cleaner near you to handle this type of work.
