Everything went very well! I appreciated Mr. Kaiser's down to earth way of explaining things to me in language I could understand. He was polite, efficient and obviously knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to call him again.

They gave a quote at the beginning of the project and they stayed pretty close to it. They didn't change anything and had a pretty good idea about the project, they didn't have to deviate very much.

At 8am on a very cold Sunday morning I awakened to a torrent of water falling from the ceiling in my garage and flowing into the basement. It was so cold that the entire floor in the garage and stairs into the basement were frozen solid. creating a dangerously slippery area. Mr Kaiser arrived at the agreed upon time, very strategically assessed the situation, and deveoped a way to provide water to one part of the house while we waited for the weather to break so that the ice on the garage floor and stairs would melt making it safe to find and repair the burst pipes. Several days later, the weather warmed sufficiently to assess the problem. Mr. Kaiser provided details and estimates of two plans: one more expensive plan that would greatly reduce the possibility of burst pipes in the future and a less expensive repair that would decrease somewhat the possiblity of burst pipes in the future. Further, he smartly proposed a plan for turn off valves in the basement area so that in the event of a burst pipe, damage could be limited to a smaller area of the house. He completed the work in a timely fashion, arriving promptly each day. And the work area was much cleaner than he found it after the work was completed. His final bill was within $100 of the estimate. I was extremely happy with his services and would not hesitate to call upon him again.
