LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"

By that I mean a unexpectable quality of work (cosmetically, performance structurely, and ability to rectify their obviously bad job). Even after Jack with coach house agreed that he would not be happy if this driveway was done at his house Noone hass kept any of their promises to help make it right. After spending $60,000 all i van do is write true reviews and settle for unacceptable work."

"Initially it started off very well. We wanted a large pond put in that was not an eye sore and would serve our livestock. I wish there was a little more guidance and recommendations as we don't know the ins and outs of pond building. Initial test holes were dug which confirmed the project was possible and would hold water. There was no communication with the well installation team to ensure appropriate water flow into the pond. Once that was figured out the pond only holds about 1/3 of water with a well running 24/7. Reached back out to Alec see if we could troubleshoot the issue and get it fixed. Informed Alec that we were more than happy to pay more but just wanted a finished product. We planned a date and now haven't heard from him in over 1 month. Multiple texts and phone calls with no response. The communication is the most frustrating part about this whole project. Would not use this contractor again even though the big expensive hole in the ground we have is "pretty"."

I reached out thought Angi and found Kingdom Built Construction. I was contacted the next day and began inquiring on my flooring job. I sent images of the job and was quoted. The quote was good so I asked we take next steps to proceed. I was asked to provide what the stain color was as it wasn't possible for Kingdom to determine from the pictures. I made a 3 hour trip to my residence with a few stains I thought would match. Provided the color to Kingdom and confirmed his time of arrival. That night I got a text from Kingdom on the stain type required an additional day of work and was told the job wouldn't be worth his time due to an extra trip. I then offered more $ which was accepted. Just under 2 hours before my appointment I received a text saying he cant do the job to to family issue and he would be relocating. Glad I didn't give a deposit."
