The excellent communication, masterful craftsmanship, professionalism, and kindness shown by Bob, Linda, and their crew are above other companies. Bob and Linda both contacted me immediately upon requesting a quote, kept me informed every step of the way, and accommodated my schedule. "Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with John, actually a pretty bad one that left us having to bring other people to fix the job. After John was done with the work which turned out fine, he had leftover material and decided on his own to use the product. He decided to make an additional “parking space” in the in the entrance of our home on top of our rock/gravel entrance. Who told him to do that or authorize him, I don’t know. My husband had paid him when he was already done with the initial work so there was no way to withhold any payment. Now he refuses to bring someone to remove."

Mike Mason blamed it on salt carried over from the street. He proposed that they clean and reapply a sealer on the driveway, at a cost of $1,200, and said it should prevent pitting for 3-4 years. We said if that was the case, the previous sealer must have been poorly applied, if at all. We requested that he clean and reseal on a discounted basis, for that reason. Then he ghosted us. I strongly recommend that you not use Mason’s Northside Concrete, because they misrepresent the quality and durability of their work, and do not stand behind it."
