"This review is based on my experience with Miracle Method of Indianapolis. I have used this process before in another home and found it to be the best option as I do not like grout. This last project was exhausting and after numerous attempts to get it resolved I contact CDH. They were more than willing to help me and took a lot of time on the phone to help me. In the end I had to finish with Miracle Method as they already had 100% of the funds. I will also state that I incurred additional fees in plumber trip and new fixtures that were damaged as to a bad tape job. I wish I would have called CDL first. Please beware of Miracle Method. "

"Our house was built and we closed April 2022. Kermans did our carpet. Less than two years later, the carpet is freying at the entrance of each carpeted room. You can see the concrete floor at two entrances near the transition strip. Burke Franklin took pics, admitted the carpet was too short said they'd reach out with next steps in a few days. Got an email from him saying it's our responsibility to pay for repair. DR HORTON hires sub par contractors."
