We have been wanting a new season room ever since we bought our house 15 years ago. My husband is a retired 30 journeyman electrician. Our sales rep Jeff I had to answer 1,000,001 questions about his company, the workmanship, the warrantyâ  s, the materials used and every other question under the sun. Weâ  ve been shopping and comparing companies. Patio enclosures won hands down. Our sales rep Jeff was more than patient and knowledgeable. He never rushed or pressured us. Bottom line. From beginning with Fred Owens to the end, our experience was excellent. Fred was precise in his explanation of the windows and how they worked for our sun room. He was timely with follow up many times. The workers were meticulous in their work, and timely on the job. All in all, we are extremely happy.

We signed up on May 22nd and haven't heard from them. I called once and they said they will try to get someone out soon. That was first of June. They said they are running behind. We paid our down payment.

I liked the thoroughness of how they operate. They are very systematic for the process of their work. They quoted a 3 week start to finish and met their time frame.

They came right out and helped us.

It turned out great!! They were wonderful, cheerful, answered all my questions. There wasn't a single thing that I had an issue with.

They really help you if/when you need to get HOA approval.

My screen porch took much longer than I expected. There are some things remaining to be done, but I can use it now. During construction a wire was cut leaving me without cell phone, land line, and Internet for nearly two days. Luckily Comcast was able to splice the wires together so everything was restored. Overall I really like the porch. The workers were neat and competent. My biggest complaint is about customer service which was lacking in informing me of much of anything. I was surprised to be told by the workers that my porch will have shingles on the roof. I would recommend them with some reservations, especially regarding customer service.

The ease and professional work was great. They finished the job as they said in a day and a half. I am now enjoying my front porch even more now!!!
