"Had appt for duct cleaning and they cancelled claiming due to weather9slight rain). Rescheduled and when arrived for service claimed they couldn't perform job due to the fact that our home only had front street parking and alley parking and couldn't do the job because I dont have a dedicated driveway to park their vehicle for fear of tool theft. It would have made sense to just ask that simple question during scheduling rather than have someone dedicate time for service and prepare house for service."

I had a service tech named in Fred who checked all the components before checking the brand new thermostat I had installed just six months prior. I don't think anyone would have even thought to check that since the furnace had been working fine in the winter. It had been installed wrong for A C though. He rewired it and my entire unit works fine. I'm certain the last two techs I had here last winter would have sold me a new unit which I really couldn't afford. "I used this service by referral from my neighbor. The day of the scheduled service, the technician already had several appointments and so he was in a rush to finish his work. He completed the work in 1 hour (way less than the expected time of cleaning ~2+ hours). He said he did clean everything he could. But after he went away, I found 3 of my vent opening screws got broken and I could not screw it back since he broke the drywall/wooden path of the screws. I was very disappointed and called them for fixing. Their inital response itself was poor and they refused to fix it saying its not their issue. Their response was also ridiculous and rude. "if vent cover is not removed properly and put it back properly (in other words, if the screws are handled/tightened in a rush) there is a chance to screw will not get tighten". As I said before, it was good before and JUST BECAUSE YOUR TECHNICIAN RUSHED THE SCREWS IT WAS BROKEN" I will never use their service again! Attached the pictures. NEVER EVER USE THIS CRAP! THEY WILL BE SO NICE UNTIL YOU PAY THEM AFTER THAT THAT WILL ASK YOU "WHO ARE YOU?""
