Amazing! The problem with my AC unit was a bit of a mystery. I had a service tech named in Fred who checked all the components before checking the brand new thermostat I had installed just six months prior. I don't think anyone would have even thought to check that since the furnace had been working fine in the winter. It had been installed wrong for A C though. He rewired it and my entire unit works fine. I'm certain the last two techs I had here last winter would have sold me a new unit which I really couldn't afford. Polite, informative, expert in this field, Fred and Air Control H&C are simply the best.

fred was prompt, and courteous - did not rush when explaining anything. provided great estimate. also answered questions about an unrelated project that i need completed (electrical).

The workers that were working on the job were very Prompt and efficient as well as knowledgeable of all the work that was being done. They responded to the request in a prompt and orderly manner and were quick to set a timeframe for installation and completion. As part of completing the project they ran into a couple of problems that they quickly sorted out and took care of so that everything was functioning the way it was supposed to be before they left.
