Randy took care of all the governmental permits to get this major project done. It didn't matter if it was a Sunday or holiday, if the weather was dry the crew was working. The excellent communication, masterful craftsmanship, professionalism, and kindness shown by Bob, Linda, and their crew are above other companies. Bob and Linda both contacted me immediately upon requesting a quote, kept me informed every step of the way, and accommodated my schedule. Bob and his crew were right on time, very professional and informative on what they did, incredibly efficient, and left their work area tidy. "Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with John, actually a pretty bad one that left us having to bring other people to fix the job. After John was done with the work which turned out fine, he had leftover material and decided on his own to use the product. He decided to make an additional “parking space” in the in the entrance of our home on top of our rock/gravel entrance. Who told him to do that or authorize him, I don’t know. My husband had paid him when he was already done with the initial work so there was no way to withhold any payment. Now he refuses to bring someone to remove."

"Mason’s demolished and replaced ou 1200 sq ft driveway in August 2023 at a cost of $11,000. In January 2024 we noticed pitting after two small snowfalls. We had not used any salt on our driveway. Mike Mason blamed it on salt carried over from the street. He proposed that they clean and reapply a sealer on the driveway, at a cost of $1,200, and said it should prevent pitting for 3-4 years. We said if that was the case, the previous sealer must have been poorly applied, if at all. We requested that he clean and reseal on a discounted basis, for that reason. Then he ghosted us. I strongly recommend that you not use Mason’s Northside Concrete, because they misrepresent the quality and durability of their work, and do not stand behind it."

"Super expensive for 4-5 contractors size trash bag and a fridge from the basement. After paying $250 he was trying to charge $25 extra for a small old carpet roll. Mind well he was helped by 3 other people at my house to take that fridge from the basement and bring it up. Came with no help despite of mentioning it to him couple times. Definitely not a good experience when he came to charge extra where clearly he was helped by 3 people to do his job!"
