On home repairs for individuals, we require half of the payment up front and the remainder when the job is completed. If you have a very large job, we can negotiate billing terms. We had requested an 'ombre' wall in one of the rooms. We were told he had a artist and would airbrush the wall. After we paid he said his wife would be painting the wall. When we inquired as to what happened to the 'artist'. He replied I don't need people questioning my work. One day before the job. He said, I'm not doing the job. Unprofessional. Disrespectful The job was never done, but I feel others should know about this 'hothead'."
