Other companies would not call me back because I was not replacing the entire roof. They explained why one side of the bump out had rotted. I was happy with the price quoted for replacing the shingles with a metal that matched the color copper penny roof on out barn. This was a small job but they treated us with respect. Very happy with the result.

I had a very positive experience with Jackson. Cody was very helpful in the estimating and scheduling of the roof. He addressed all of my worries and concerns about my existing roof, and provided a detailed written estimate. I was pleased with the timeliness and and quality of work. My preexisting leak appears to be remedied. My parents have also used this company with similar results, and I have already recommended them. If I had a complaint about anything, it would only be that I wished communication had been a bit more prompt, but in the end, it was not a big deal. Please be careful to get several quotes when buying this type of product. Angie’s list/Homeadvisor shared my inquiry with some companies that were clearly out to take advantage of those who are not well informed.

Jackson contracting was thorough in their explanation to me of the scope of the work required and the problems with my roof. I had several contractors try to fix the leak, but none were successful. After my new roof, there was a small problem, but they fixed it with no questions asked and no hassles. They even checked back with me to make sure that everything was going well. They were committed to making sure that I was satisfied and that the work was done well. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.

The company sent out a very courteous and competent professional who gave us a free estimate for wind/hail damage to our roof. He met together with the insurance adjustor to compare info and help with the claim process. The day of the roof installation, he met with the construction crew before and after the job was done to ensure consumer satisfaction. We had outstanding service, and would highly recommend this company to others. Cody H. was truly awesome!

We needed to get a new roof and called around for estimates. The company sent a very professional and knowledgeable guy the same day. We also had the estimate the same day as our initial call. That was very impressive. He took a lot of time explaining the ins and outs of the different roof types to us and was very patient with all the questions we had. We ended up choosing a different provider but not because of a lack of trust toward Jackson Contracting Inc.

1 story approximately 1200 Square foot home more or less cross shaped with four valleys and a steep pitch, approximate vintage 1890. Work was done quickly. It took about a week from when they did the measurements for the material to come in and for them to do the cutting at their shop. Took about 2 1/2 days for them to do the actual tear off and put the new roof on. They were the cheapest by a decent margin (next cheapest was an estimate for 12.700 for a shingle roof, other bid we got for a metal roof was 16.800). Seems to be good quality: looks good, no leaks (granted it's a week old at this writing). They were more than reasonable in making the financial arrangements. Everyone we dealt with in person was polite and attentive and answered any questions we had. They can be hard to get a hold of and didn't always get back with us when they said they would. Caveat: We had a major windstorm on the second day of roofing so they were swamped with calls for emergency repairs, so our experience may not be the norm. Also it was a little odd to call the office phone and just get a "hello" rather than a business greeting but they were perfectly polite.

We called for a quote and Cody came out soon and on time. He was very professional and explained everything they would do and the estimated timelines. Very happy with the service provided and their professionalism while they were doing the repairs.

The young man who came out to clean out the gutters was honest, on time and explained he needed more help because of the pitch of the roof. Not only did he do a good job but he didn't try to sell me additional services. He did the job well and I will use his services again.

We received excellent service. They were very professional and arrived promptly on the day the service was scheduled. Their representative introduced himself before beginning the job and told us what all it would entail. Even though we had tons of maple trees that had taken root in our gutters, they cleaned them out and left no mess on our deck or out recently mulched flower beds. They also took the time to clean away debris on the roof and noted any potential problems for the future. We have already asked them for a quote on other services that they provide, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I bought the Big Deal for cleaning gutters and removing roof debris. They said they would contact me to set up a time to do the work. After 8 days I still had not heard from them to schedule a time. I called and spoke with the owner. He apologized for their lack of response to date and promised to rectify it. Within 5 minutes I received a call back and had a time scheduled for the next day. The owner called me back to follow up and make sure that I was scheduled. Cody and Logan came out to do the work and arrived when they said they would. They immediately went to work. They were very personable and did a good job. Overall, I am very happy with this job. I just wish They would have called me so I didn't have to call them to get them to schedule my job.

Met MR. Jackson (Jonathan) who had travelled from Indianapolis to Terre Haute-late afternoon to give us a bid on our roof. We sent that bid and information to the owner of the house who immediately kicked in the cost of the 2 valleys being repaired. This somehow sped things along with the repair of the soffit and other roofing problems along with removing and replacing the gutters and downspouts.. Finally Jonathan came by he was handed the remaining balance , asked if there were any problems and we thanked him profusely. He's a great guy and I recommend him most highly.

They called shortly after my first review to set up an appointment. They were here on time and were very professional. Also gave me a quote on new gutters.

Cody Kline and his assistant arrived between showers and went straight to work cleaning the gutters. They were efficient and professional. They did a thorough job and cleaned up afterwards. Cody then provided me with two estimates on different types of gutter systems that he installs. I will definitely hire them again.

They were always professional. There was a large crew and finished in half a day for a 800 square foot house. The clean up was thorough and even had someone use a hand blower on the roof to remove anything left on the roof.

I had hail damage at my home from a storm last summer. There are so many "storm chasers" out there and I didn't want to do business with somebody who may, or may not, be in town in a year. I did research and found Jackson Contracting--not only are they local, but they're backed by a shingle manufacturer, and they were one of the few contractors I found who were. Now I'm glad I waited till I found somebody as reliable as Jackson Contracting to do the work. Jackson Contracting walked me through the process with my insurance company, came to my house when the insurance adjuster came to look at my roof and overall made the process so much easier than I ever could have imaged. They worked with my insurance company and were able to increase my claim to be enough to not only cover the roof but also the gutters and all I had to pay was my deductible. Once the insurance company bought the job, Jackson Contracting was speedy on getting the work going, professional while on the job and they answered all my questions with patience. Overall, I love my new roof and gutters. I would recommend Jackson Contracting to anybody who needs a new roof!
