Witnessing this, we felt compelled to start our own HVAC company to reinstate the essence of local, personalized, and affordable service. We believe that HVAC service should not just be a transaction, it should be a relationship. Instead of upcharging and taking advantage of customers, our goal is to provide a cost-effective and personal experience. "The whole team was super helpful. Angi was so helpful during scheduling and working with us on the one minor issue we had during the install process. Leo was super knowledgeable and explained how the process would go. The two technicians Devin/James were professional and communicated well. Their price was very competitive compared to the quotes we got from multiple competitors and we were able to get a more efficient system. The only issue we had was the blower was putting off way more force than we wanted, the technicians fixed this but it required us to get a new thermostat which Angi scheduled Leo to come in and install free of charge. We will be using them moving forward for any service related work and we’re very happy with the experience. Thank you Angi, Leo, Devin and James."

"Nick from PG Plumbing was prompt, friendly, and thorough when I called to have a broken toilet fixed. While he was there, I mentioned that my shower wasn’t getting very hot, and he immediately looked into the plumbing and fixed some of the settings. When checking the shower after making the adjustments, he noticed that the sink faucets were crooked and let me know that he could fix them easily, as well. I’ve also been wanting a reverse osmosis water filter for the whole house, which he said he could do, and even walked me through more affordable alternatives. The price for the reverse osmosis system was far less than I expected, so I ended up going with that. I decided to change the look of the faucets and shower head too, and he helped me understand what options I needed to look for in order to work with our plumbing and will be back to install them all. Everything was so easy and affordable, I will definitely be using PG Plumbing again in the future."
