+ -1 moreGrabill Comfort Solutions does Excellent work! Joe has been servicing my furnace for 17 years. Have never had the first problem. Responds quickly, is neat and above all, is honest. i highly recommend him. His work is done to perfection.
Description of Work: Semi annual furnace inspection. Cleaned dryer vent. Drained hot water heater per my request In 2015 he put a device on the hot water heater for instant hot water at kitchen sink. Works great! 2 years ago I was told by another provider that I needed a new Humidifier on my furnace to the tune of $400. 9/29/2014 Joe checked and said it was a minor problem. Did not need a new Humidifier. Joe checked it out and said the problem was minor. Just a wire that was not connecting. He said I did NOT need a new Humidifier.

He cleaned the fireplace glass, as well as the mechanicals, which he had researched before he came so that he could be as efficient as possible while there. He took off his shoes before coming into the house, which was appreciated.
Description of Work: Cleaned/descaled geothermal system, checked function of system. Also cleaned gas fireplace and worked on remote starter. All work was done in preparation of our selling the home.
