We bid with two other HVAC contractors and we pulled the trigger with Jim and his team. What put them apart was that they took their time assessing our home and situation, walked through all possible options, and clearly communicated those options. Jim and Carlton's proposal was the most cost effective overall - the unit/system itself and our personal ROI.
