And then, if desired, we'll nearly manage the property as well (everything except sign leases) - and that is how we provide "Property Management at Property Maintenance Prices." Yes! We serve residential customers also where they may just need one Elf to do a specific "magical" repair or new installation.

The contractor contacted me promptly, followed with an onsite visit and same day estimate. I determined to consider options of pursuing the projects in 2024 or Spring of 2025 over 3 months, finally agreeing to complete in October of 2024. Once the contract was approved and signed the craftsman arrived for overview of the project and arranged to begin promptly advising me of an expected time frame for completion, considering weather and season of this year. Professionalism and integrity are earmarks of this agency. I received regular communication and approval as the work progressed. Project completed in a timely manner. Quality of the work excellent. Thomas was very professional, communicated every step of the way, showed up on time and even finished the project earlier than expected. When he and his crew were done, you could not tell they had even been here, not one piece of scrap or debris was left. "if you buy a pool from Bwet/Bdry (or any other service) just know that you are going to be lied to. There are several reviews out there about the company lying to their customers. The people at the front desk are the worst customer service people I have ever encountered, and they lie as well. We bought an above ground pool for Bwet/Bdry and we had to replace the whole thing out of our pocket except the shell because of the lies of Bwet and Doughboy pools. Avoid!! Go anywhere else."

"Well , I would give it a zero star if I could. We scheduled an appointment after we spoke with one of the representatives at our local fall festival. He seemed great and we are in the market for replacing our windows and siding. We scheduled the appointment for Saturday at one PM. They called on Friday and verified the appointment for the following day. One o'clock came and went and at one thirty I called the business and was transferred to an answering service. The third party answering service was great and she took down our name and information verified our contact number, email, and address and said they would forward it onto the company and someone would be in touch. Two days later and no contact. The company was a no call no show for the appointment that they had verified the day before! Zero professionalism, respect, or regard for potential clients with a decent sized job! Grateful we dodged that nightmare before it started!"
