"I first contracted Robert for a deck repair and water line repair. I thought he did a good job. He s not as attentive to details. For what I paid I was expecting more. But overall satisfied that I asked if he could replace a faucet in my kitchen. He said yes. I sent him a picture of the faucet I wanted, and he told me that would not work. He sent me a pic of other models to which I found one that I felt was good. But not exactly what I wanted. But I was fine with it. As I was watching him remove the old faucet I knew I was in trouble... I saw Robert use an electric metal saw and saw thru the faucet... which meant there was metal bits flying all over the sink... scratched my counter top and bits fell thru the drain and clogged my garbage disposal. But he did get it out. The water pressure coming out is slow and is not the same. I don t feel this job is his strong suit. I will say that he always responded and is punctual. He did give me a refund. I would add make sure you get it in writing."

They did not build our project to the most basic *written*, agreed upon, specifications (e.g. length of ramp) AND they permanently altered an existing structure on our property without permission (a porch in fact - big no-no in the city of Chicago). When we complained, Frank said he would come back asap to fix it. But never made good and now is giving us the run around with some BS story about *him* being a subcontractor of the carpenter/laborer DESPITE the fact that I have proof I made the contract with Frank and I paid Emily Trevino directly. DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY CAN'T FOLLOW SIMPLE PLANS AND DON'T STAND BY THEIR WORK."
