Everything seemed to have gone well.

3 consistent days. Lovely work.. Very professional, easy to work with. Completeness & expeditious. Explains/guides, throughout various jobs. Cleaned & sealed pavement, limestone sills & PRIMARY reason, (excellent) tuckpoint, (mortar repair).

I hired M & M Roofing to power wash, stain, and paint my cedar front porch, shutters, and cement window sills.. they did an incredible job!! Mitch & Spencer ( owners), made themselves available for questions and were very thorough in all aspects of the work being done.. wouldn’t hesitate to hire them for future projects!! Thanks guys!

I called them over a weekend and they were able to come out and take a look at the deck the next day, which I was surprised given it was a holiday. I appreciated that they were quick to respond and also answered my questions. They did a nice job with the deck and even allowed me to watch so I could learn the basics. I've never had a deck before. The only thing that left a not-great-feeling, and maybe this is typical of these services, but they didn't mention that if I needed a 3rd coat of stain, it would be $300-$500 extra. It felt a little..."gotcha" because I didn't have a choice. Perhaps I should have known to ask but I didn't. Had I known it was going to be that much more, I may have looked for an extra quote (I had 2 at that point). Given the number of years of experience, I feel like they knew when they inspected the deck it would need 3. Also, not the biggest issue, but there are several drops of stain on a couple of boards. Not the end of the world, but it's noticeable, and given the cost, it's unfortunate. So, good quality if you need something done right away, but the cost was on the higher end compared to other companies I researched.

Mitch at M & M was great he went over eveything with me on the build of my deck came out the same day I called him he was cheaper than the other 2 estimates and his work was outstanding will be calling him to do more improvements to my home

They explained what they were going to do to the the point where I understood. They communicated well when to expect them and got the job done in a timely manner .. they were very polite. And cleaned up after themselves. I truly believe I will hire them again .

I had M&M replace siding on a damaged garage, replace some structural elements inside the garage, Tuckpoint an aging chimney, and replace and repair some gutters. “Over the last couple of years, I noticed the deterioration of my backyard deck. The floor boards would sag when I stepped out my back door . I was concerned the boards may crack and someone would fall through and injure themselves. I contacted M & M Roofing to have someone inspect the issue. Mitch from M&M Roofing came out that afternoon to determine what the issue may be. It appeared the joists were rotting, he’d have to remove the floor boards to make sure. The next day, Mitch and his crew removed a few of the floor boards, and sure enough, the joists were rotting. He proposed several affordable options to correct the situation . Within 24 hours, the deck was fixed and I now have a sturdy deck. I am very pleased with the result, the price, and professionalism.”

It can be hard to find honest, hard-working individuals that genuinely care about their work. These guys were amazing! Timely, respectful, always checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied, and the best communication Iâ ve ever experienced with workers hands down! 10/10 would recommend and will use them again for any/all future projects!

Mitch, owner of M&M Roofing, came over the same afternoon that I had messaged Angi. I told him what I wanted repaired on my wood decks He quoted me a price 1st on what I wanted done, and then quoted me another price on the work that SHOULD be done. His advice only confirmed what I had already had debated on repairing. He also pointed out some areas of repair I hadn't noticed or was even cognoscente about, such as rotting wood that was out of my sight but not his. I'm a firm believer in that if you don't fix something that's about to break you'll pay double later. Ounce of prevention..... I agreed on the price/bid. He said his crew would be out the next day and that if I found anything else be sure to tell them. Jesse and Manny came over the next morning and went over the project(s) with me and got to work after measuring and determining what supplies/materials were needed plus the extra wood the main deck flooring might needed. Within one days time, they finished everything!

We came on Angi's looking for someone to come replace the wood pannels on our second floor porch in our condo while not fully knowing who to reach out to for the work. Mitch and team followed up with me literally within 20 minutes and we discussed what we needed done! Mitch was able to provide a VERY fair quote and offered to come that Monday. The team was super prompt, easy to work with, and respectful. As they had started the repairs they even found a broader issue with the base, sharing pictures and walking me through the issue to make sure I understand what they had found while starting the initial repair. Mitch was able to quote us with a VERY fair and discounted price for the broader rebuild, which would have been closer to 1.5 to 2x the cost if gone somewhere. The team after this was super fast and efficient, finishing the project in 2 days, and was very communicative. Would recommend to anyone needing work done on time, on budget, and efficiently
