Ray came out and did a thorough look over of our porch and only fixed what was needed. I really appreciated this since other people wanted to replace the whole porch and be instead focused on what was needed. He also did the work himself along with a partner so good to know the person you hire does the work. We had some back and forth challenges in getting a hold of one another that took a longer to start the work than we wanted but once we connected Ray did a great job. We were unhappy with one board so he replaced it when we asked with no complaints. Ray is a nice guy who is honest and does quality work.

Ray was easy to work with for a number of reasons: he proposed materials that made sense for the application, he provided a lot of samples for us to allow proper matching, he communicated well, came when he said he would, started the job when he said he would, and finished the job on time. He provided a budget and stuck to it. He even fixed an outlet we didn't know was out free of charge. Highly recommend and will use again.

We had our front porch stairs, railings, etc. completely replaced. We had a step that was rotting through and splintering and the whole thing was showing a lot of wear and tear. Ray got back to us immediately and scheduled something within a week or two. The whole replacement project took just part of an afternoon. Our next door neighbors saw the job being done and kept telling us how fast and efficient he was. The stairs look amazing now, plus he thoughtfully added side panels where there was an opening before to keep critters out, which I greatly appreciate! We were so happy with the job and will definitely hire them again.
