His team flexed their schedule to accommodate my timing, made quick work of the project, and took extra measures to create a work of art and guard against project risks. John regularly communicated with me, calls and texts. He and his team was responsive and attentive. The outcome exceeded my expectations. Hire this team. You will be thankful you did.

It was great working with John, they did an excellent job and went well beyond the scope of work that was supposed to be done at no extra cost.

John was great to work with. He was prompt and responsive and helped with my project without pressuring me to do additional work that wasn't immediately necessary. Problems that were critical to fix, such as foundation work and plumbing, were priced reasonably considering the amount of labor I saw his guys put in. Plus, my house looks great! Looking forward to working with his team again

John is a good talker but he is not a man of his word. He says he will guarantee his work but he doesn't. I had a few loose panels on my deck after he left and he never came back, ever. Even after he said he would return. He isn't reliable and he doesn't care about his customers.

John rebuilt our front porch and steps. Did an excellent job with Trex decking nicely framed the steps and railings.

Bricks started to unexpectedly fall from my greystone building. I called John's masonry and they started the next day at a fair price. They did tuckpointing and added limestone caps, removed an inoperable chimini. They were clean and polite. Highly recommend them

John and team were wonderful to work with from day 1. I live in a duplex down and had an issue of water leaking through the masonry and roof into my primary bedroom. Initially it was difficult for me to pinpoint what was causing the leak, but John was able to inspect the masonry and roof (roof is TPO and located under my deck) to identify the problem. They ended up patching the seams of my TPO roof and addressed some masonry issues. I also had them install a new Trex deck that I have been wanting. Everything looked great after they were finished! During the repairs John communicated with me every day and addressed my every question (I had many throughout the process). I would definitely recommend John to anyone who needs someone they can trust to do quality work that meets your specific needs.

John is an extremely detailed individual. He doesn't hesitate to contact at a moment's notice and our HOA never had a problem getting a hold of him. His workers were trustworthy and respectful of all units they had to access during the project. His team worked quickly and we were all impressed at how fast the jobs were completed. We have a finished product now and it looks amazing, much better than before. On top of that, John's prices were very fair and he was able to work with us on a payment schedule that worked for the individual owners of our building. We are all proud of how the building now looks.

They did an amazing job. They replaced bricks, did tuck pointing, rebuilt walls. We are planning to have them come back to do more work in the spring. 10 stars â thoroughly satisfied.
