Description of Work: Repaired some cracks in foundation wall. Everything went fine-no problems or complaints. Only reason I would not use provider again is because we no longer live in the area.

Description of Work: Had arranged to have provider come to the house to give an estimate on some crack repairs in the foundation and discuss any additional recommendations that could be made for some recent water in the basement. I had flown in to town to meet them at the house that was needing the repairs. They no showed the appointment. When I called their office half an hour after they were supposed to be there, the woman who answered said that the pictures that I had sent showed that the repairs required were beyond their scope and that they had left this in a message. Well, I had never sent any pictures to them! AND they never left such a message. The only phone contact I ever had from them was a message to confirm the date and time that they would come to the house. I had also left a message back to them to confirm this appointment. When I pointed this out to her, she relayed that they still could not come out on the day promised. I could not have been more upset since I had flown into town to take care of this problem. They never called back or contacted me with an apology or an explanation. Beyond disappointed in this company.

Description of Work: Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and its President, Brian Donlea. Pleasant, professional, consultative. We had a very strange issue with the foundation on our family room addition and it wasnt cut and dried. He helped to brainstorm ideas and come up with a solution. His staff performed the work quickly and professionally and were able to lift it back to where it should be. Extremely happy with the work.

I phoned him and his office several times. One time he E Mailed that it was in the mail . About two weeks ago, he E Mailed that he would drop it off at my house. He never showed up. This is a repair that WILL BE OVER $20,000

Description of Work: Concrete foundation for porch and sidewalk installation

Description of Work: Installed 3 pressure piers to stabilize vertical settlement in my basement foundation and epoxy-injected 2 foundation cracks. This included removing two sections of floor in the basement to install the pressure piers, then replacing the cement. They also installed benchmarks to monitor any further settlement. The work is guaranteed for 15 years. (This work was done in November and December 2005).
