I had a Noon appt. I got a call at 11am to say he was calling about our 12-1pm appt. The person showing up said he got held up, but he would arrive at 12:45. If we had a 12-1pm appt (which we didn't. It was Noon), why are you calling me to tell me you got held up? But okay, I'll wait until 12:45pm. At 1:20pm I get another call that he's leaving a job 20 minutes away. I've already written you off. But I thought the company should know that their salesman scared off a customer by offering to show up an hour and 45 minutes late. Here's the best part: she seems unphased and told me that it was the owner that I had spoken to. Do yourself a favor...there are plenty of companies that do this kind of work. Call someone else.

Went very well. I have had them come out to the house twice now, since I found two more cracks in the foundation after I had the first service done (boxes and walls were blocking said cracks in the first place). Since I was so pleased with them the first time, I had them come out again. You can't go wrong with a lifetime transferable warranty! I actually got the same technician both times. Real nice guy. He even remembered coming to my place a few months back. It has rained hard a few days since the repairs and none of the repaired cracks (or any other places for that matter) seem to be leaking anymore.

Great. No leaks so far. It's only been a few weeks. They called within a few days and set up a date for service. The worker was on time, nice, knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. Answered my questions and explained everything. I'd recommend and hire them again.

Great service! Thought we had a foundation issue and they inspected the whole foundation and said it was not a foundation issue. They showed us exactly what they were checking. They referred us to a company that works with the type of problem we have.

He did a great job explaining what was happening and why. He also explained that this would be a job for someone else - and made a recommendation since they did not do floor repairs or mud jacking. Rick gave me some ideas for preventative repairs we could make depending what direction the other solution would go in. If or when we need any foundation repairs I will call them first.

Great. They did a stand up job, and the owner (Rick) was quick to respond with permit status updates work scheduling. They came in a bit lower priced than their competition, and the workers who did the job were very professional, in and out in one day. They installed vertical i-beams against a leaning foundation wall - anchored between joists and the basement floor. The beams were thin enough that I was able to frame around them without losing a ton of space. I would recommend them and use them again for structural fixes.

I made an appointment with United Structural Systems regarding a large crack in our foundation. He was very honest and said he had never seen anything like it before and couldn't offer a solution, other than to suggest to put a bush in front of it. Ultimately we found other foundation repair companies who were able to provide a solution and we did have it repaired.

They did not communicate quick enough that they do not service my area. It was hard to communicate with them in general. I informed Angie's List of this information and received a refund for the offer I purchased.

I am in a new construction house and had a water leak in my basement. The representative came out to evaluate the situation, checked the sump pit, the drain tiles and the exterior for cracks. Turns out the problem had to do with flashing and caulking. The builder has ultimately fixed the problem. The representative who came out was very responsive, prompt, courteous and accommodating spending time investigating the possible source of the leak. While we did not use their services, I was impressed by the thoroughness and effort. I would highly recommend you have United Structural Systems of Illinois Inc look at your issue and recommend a solution. Should I ever have need of their service I would not hesitate to use them.

Everything went well and as expected. No surprises. The crew was timely and professional. Would use them again and would recommend.

Technician was punctual and very professional. Patch was very clean and so far, I have no more leaks in the basment. Recommended.

United was very prompt in returning my initial emails and came out to give me an estimate to inject one crack in my basement wall - $385. I thought this was fair when compared to another similar quote by another contractor. United also noticed another crack in the same wall, but said because it was not leaking, that I might be able to hold off. They gave me a written quote and did not pressure me nor push me to commit to their estimate. I went with United because they were more professional than the other contractor. I was surpised how they were able to schedule my repair within two weeks. Although they had to reschedule my repair date, they contacted me well before hand and let me pick the reschedule date. They showed up on this date on time and got to work immediately. They were very competent from the start. It was at this time that I decided to have them inject the second crack (that originally I was going to let go). Because we are going to finish this basement, I wanted to be sure there were no future leaks and to cover all bases. United agreed this was the best way to go and quoted me an additional $185. I felt this was better than having potential problems down the road. They were done with both cracks within two hours and showed me what they had done. They left the basement clean and gave me instructions to let the expoxy set for 2 days. We have had two rain storms and I have not seen any water. I will wait until we get a really heavy downpour to see if the repair holds. If it does, we will start finishing the basement. Yes, I would use them again and can highly recommend them.

In the end, Rick actually recommended that I wait before having any work done because even though my foundation had settled and there were some cracks and signs of setting, it was not enough to warrant any major work to be done yet. This is a sign of a good contractor and businessman with the highest integrity and ethics--the kind of company you want to do business with and tell your neighbors about who is more interested in doing a good job and winning his customers trust. He was very patient and took his time to answer my questions, look at our problem areas, and give me his honest opinion about the root causes, possible solutions, and what to look for in the future. If we have any foundation or water problems in the future, I would not hesitate to call Rick and have his company do the work.

It went well, just not how I expected. Previous patch work was done differently. I had to cut off bolsters in the wall - I never had to do any of the work myself with previous contractors so that surprised me and I wasn't sure that I did it right/well.

Great Job. Floor to ceiling crack in the basement wall has been there for 20 years and ground water always leaked after rains and into the sump. Technician finished repair in a little over an hour - has been perfectly dry ever since. He was very professional, considerate, and clean. Informed me about everything I needed to know. I was concerned they would come in for the repair and then "find" more expensive work that needed to be done. None of that !! He did the work and left me a happy customer. I would certainly hire them again if I needed foundation or concrete work again.

This crack was unsuccessfully repaired twice before by others. This repair was by far the most thorough and I am optimistic that it will hold up well.

So far, the sealant appears to be keeping water from leaking through the cracks.

It went well and the basement looks great. Our wall has been bowed since we moved in (30 years ago) without issue. However, when bringing in a contractor in lieu of selling the house, he stated the bow needed to be addressed before selling the house. The company installed 4 I beams and some carbon fibers with warranted for 25 years. They did accidentally hit an electric wire in the basement which cancelled electricity in the basement. They brought out electrician who fixed it the next day.

Installed three pressure piers. Applied epoxy to two cracks. Cleaned up area. Did what they said they would do.

Outstanding work! Completed the job on time and on budget. easy to communicate with Bryan (owner), and work site personnel. All work documented properly, and completed as agreed. Neat and tidy!
