"Scam! Scam! Scam! I believe this company is the worst home warranty provider in the USA. They were having a promotion and of course I took the bait and it became one of the worst decisions I've made. This company deserves zero stars but I had to choose one to make this post. Please note that any positive reviews you see on them are from those who have not filed a claim. It has been 6 months and I'm still waiting for my cash in lieu check and now my home warranty has expired. Of course I did not renew and that is why I'm still waiting. I call every week for an update and I keep getting a runaround with responses like my check is in the mail and it never comes. And responses like they will call me back and they never do. This company is really the worst. Beware!"

"Warning for anyone in the Nashville TN area looking for home renovation. Disclaimer; this is our experience with a company named Four Seasons Surably. It all began on December 31, 2021 when we hired David the president of the company to renovate our home by adding an 8’ x 23’ addition to our master bath and bedroom. What we were told would be an estimated 4 to 6 week venture is now in month five. in the beginning all went well people showed up as they were supposed to for the first few weeks then slowly it began to be one or two days a week they would show. After that we would text David asking if anyone was going to show up with little to no response. We called as well receiving voicemail most of the time and again little to no response. At this time we started begging for anyone to show to complete our project with no answer day after day week after week. It has now been three weeks since anyone has shown nor have we had any promises of anyone to finish our project. The addition was partially finished , the bay window has been done yet part of the outside wood is left to the elements, the insulation underneath the renovation has yet to be covered from blowing around, when tiling in the bathroom they covered over our vent and were supposed to correct that by cutting into the flooring and adding the HVAC ventilation system which has yet to be done, we have exposed wires where lighting fixtures were supposed to be installed, we have 2’4’s holding up the bay window outside, exposed 2’x4’s in our bedroom where an entire wall was put in incorrectly. We paid David’s company an additional $1,600 to have a bathtub installed but had to hire a local plumber to install the faucets. And now after roughly 3 weeks of begging David to have someone show and him swearing that someone would be there the next day, the next week no one showed. Then we received a text from David stating it was a business decision that we sever ties and let us find someone else to complete the project, despite the fact that all of the above needs to be completed. Not only did he break the contract but now we have to find someone to finish all the items that were left undone with what’s left of our project funds. It is our opinion that anyone stay away from this company as they are untrustworthy and do not honor their word or their contracts. Again this is our personal experience and opinion."

"**Avoid Cardinal Contractors: A Warning About Incompetence and Greed** I want to share my troubling experience with Cardinal Contractors to caution anyone considering working with or hiring them. My time with the company exposed alarming incompetence and greed. I was hired for a roofing sales position despite having no experience in the industry. They assured me I’d be paid for each week of training, but after leaving the company, I realized I never received the promised pay. When I tried to resolve this, I encountered disorganization and indifference. I contacted Cassie King, the receptionist, who ignored my messages. Later, I found out she no longer worked there and had failed to submit payments from multiple customers, delaying payments, including mine. How could a company allow such carelessness? I escalated the issue to Stacy Williams, who claimed my check was ready but never followed up. Tim Schroeder later told me my check was withheld until I returned my work materials, which I had already done. Despite proving this and getting confirmation from Blake, my hiring manager, they still refused to release my pay. When I visited the office in person, Stacy became increasingly hostile, blaming me for the issue. Tim Schroeder initially seemed helpful, but he blocked me after failing to follow through. Stacy accused me of harassment when I continued to ask for the pay I was owed, telling me I’d get my check “when I get my check” before hanging up on me. In a final attempt to resolve this, I met with the Vice President, Mary Enke, and owner Alan Peele. They claimed they couldn’t verify my work for the week in question, despite having no clock-in system or policy requiring such verification. Instead of resolving the issue, Mary resorted to yelling, and Alan even put his hand on me, both threatening to call the police. In conclusion, Cardinal Contractors is plagued by incompetence and greed. They lack basic organizational skills and show no regard for their employees.
