 + -1 moreBad Bad Bad rip off. This company is and will soon be put out of business by State officials as a complete rip off. Builders use them to release themselves from any warranty work after closing. If you have an issue and you contact ProHome they tell you that you have to contact the manufacturer or pay for repairs yourself.
Description of Work: This vendor was my contact from my builder to handle any warranty issue with my new home. When I contacted them with issues they advised me that I had to contact the manufacturer with any issues.
