"We had our asphalt driveway removed and replaced. The original work looked good - it was completed when we were not at home - bad timing on our part. After one year, we reported some cracking, sent pictures as requested and was told it was normal settling. Year 2, cracks were more pronounced, we sent pictures as requested, and were told someone would come our to look at it. We were ghosted several times, didn't receive return phone calls - it was very frustrating. Couldn't get past customer service to speak to anyone. No owner, no manager, no project manager. Long story short, they refused to "do business with us anymore" and wouldn't stand by their work. Pictures attached of year 3 - don't work with this company."

J&S did a great job of understanding what we wanted and gave us a fair quote. The demo crew did a great job ripping the old one out, backfilling with new gravel base, and compacting with no damage to existing lawn or concrete. The asphalt crew did a great job laying the asphalt, hand tamping edges, and compacting. Both crews were super friendly, explained everything they were doing, and cleaned up nicely. Driveway looks great, and we are very happy we hired J&S."

Another 3 months go by and constantly reaching out and he never shows up and never sealed the driveway and never kept his word. After 10 grand for the driveway you would think they would keep their word but itâ s clear that they only want the money. Terrible customer service and would not recommend to anyone else."
