Hector and his team did a GREAT job extending our driveway, removing old wood walkway and replacing with poured cement. his team were very professional and did good job of cleaning up. Professional lived up to their name. Our Neighbors even commented on how well the drive and walkway turned out. One even requested quote upon his completion.

Hector and the crew were fantastic! They made sure to do everything correctly and took the time to make sure that the job was done very well and very efficiently. The finished product looks so much better than our old driveway, and we haven't stopped receiving compliments since the driveway was poured!

We could not be more delighted with our new concrete driveway. Professional Concrete, Inc. truly lives up to its name. The owner, Hector, came to our house at the end of June and gave us a very reasonable quote for the job. We did our due diligence by reading many positive reviews of their work and decided to hire them. The work was originally scheduled for the second week in September, but due to a cancellation they were able to fit us in a few weeks early. They tore down and removed the tired old asphalt, then framed, graded & compacted with gravel and finally installed wire mesh on the first day of the job. The following work day was all about pouring and smoothing the new concrete. Hector and his crew arrived on time, and worked efficiently and diligently at a price that we felt was both honest and fair. The finished job is impressive and beautiful. So much so that two of our neighbors asked Hector to give them quotes before he left! We cannot recommend Professional Concrete, Inc. highly enough.

Hector is very polite and respectful, and very prompt at returning emails. He was by far the best quote we received in Kenosha. We had a tight timeline we needed to finish by and he was so accommodating and efficient. His crew worked from sun up to sun down. The finished product is beautiful because they definitely pay attention to the details. I would recommend Hector's business to family and friends in a heart beat.

It started out great. Mr. Martinez called shortly after putting the request in on Angie's List. He showed up at the designated time. He was very friendly, worked with us and gave us a great quote. After waiting a few business days I called and then received a written estimate by E-Mail and later by postage mail. I mailed the E-Mail quote, by postage mail the next day on Friday. Waited for seven days and called the business. I was told that the signed quote had just been received and I would be contacted for scheduling on the Monday or Tuesday of the next week. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since the last contact. I E-mailed and voice mailed in that time period as well. I E-mailed the contractor again today and was called while was writing this review. They were very polite and informed me that I could seek out another contractor if that is what wanted to do. I said I did not have a good feeling about using them and I would be looking elsewhere.

We had an appointment with Professional Concrete June 2, 2020 at 3 pm. It was scheduled by Angie about a month in advance. I was at our home waiting but nobody showed. It has been almost 1 week since I left 2 messages regarding the appointment they never showed for, and I have yet to hear from them. Not very PROFESSIONAL behavior and it is quite disappointing. I do not recommend.

Hector had the best quote. He was on time and communicated effectively on what was happening and when it would happen. The finished work looks great and I would most definitely recommend. It was nice having the work completed on time and NO excuses.

Hector and his crew are meticulous and perfectionists. They work together seamlessly and with tremendous pride. We first saw them do a driveway across the street and we were impressed with the results. They do quality work.

The company owner fit us in because he knew we were having flooding problems. The workers showed up on time and worked very hard. They were meticulous and even put a border around the driveway, which I didn't know they would do. It is just beautiful. So glad we paid for concrete instead of asphalt. They will come back and repair if we ever get any cracks, for no charge and really stand behind their work. The workers were polite and so nice. I just can't say enough about Hector and his company. His customer service person, Angie, was very responsive and professional. We had called 7 different concrete companies for bids and they were the only ones that even returned our call. We will be referring friends, family and clients to this company.

It went quite well. The only reason I downgraded their overall rating from an A to a B was because I wasn't aware they would use a small bobcat that ripped up a small portion of my lawn in the back deck area. Aside from that everything was excellent. They did quality work all around. Solid foundation, at least 4" thick concrete, and great finishing work. Hector has been in business a long time, knows what he is doing, and he and his crew are easy to work with. The finished product is outstanding!

Hector and team were very fast and professional. They were very responsive to our last minute adjustments. Got the job done in 3 days! The final price was a bit more than the initial estimate but the quality of work was worth it.

It went very well. They came for two different quotes due to a issue with the village. They helped me with the process since I had never been through a concrete job. They arrived early, and stayed late ensuring the job was done to my satisfaction. I cannot believe how good it looks. I hung out the the crew most of the day since I was curious how it all worked. I learned a lot, and it was done exactly how I wanted it.

Excellent work replacing my 3 car garage floor. The attention to detail was amazing. I would recommend Hector to anyone. I will have him come back and do more work this spring. FAIR price for work done.

The team repaired the leak quickly, professionally and at a reasonable cost. We have not had a drop of water since the repair was done and have had several heavy rainfalls since.

Hector and his crew were able to do our job 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They replaced a broken section of garage concrete, which was had caused our garage to be unlevel. That work involved supporting and securing the garage wall while replacing the broken concrete. With the new concrete, the garage is now completely level. They also replaced and expanded our patio, which was broken and not pitched correctly. The new concrete is now correctly pitched away from the house to keep water away. We love our new patio! Professional Concrete definitely lived up to their name, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Hector at Professional Concrete is detailed, kept his word, is Customer Service orientated, adaptable and as the business name states...very Professional. We got four quotes for our project and Hector came in at the best price, could do the job within our timeframe, and finished the job by putting black dirt and grass seed around our new driveway/sidewalk. During the duration from quote to completion of the job, we saw Hector six times on-site as he's very detailed and hands-on. We felt like he genuinely cared about getting the job done right and making sure we were satisfied. We knew from the first day they were on our project that we had picked the right concrete contractor. Hector's lead foreman, Francisco, had already placed some of the driveway forms, but we asked him to change the shape of the forms. He didn't question us, but listened and said "no problem" and moved them to exactly where we wanted them. All of the employees we interacted with were courteous and happy to oblige. We would hire Professional Concrete again and have already referred them to our neighbor, who is having him do some work also.

We are totally satisfied with the professionalism, skill, work ethic and overall attention to detail provided by Hector Martinez and his extremely capable crew. This is a contractor you can trust. They completed the job timely once they had started. Prices are fair. Our emphasis was on the quality of the materials and workmanship rather than the cheapest contractor we could find, as value is important to us. We feel this concrete will endure for many years to come. We plan to hire Hector again for additional masonry projects.
