They actually do a lot of our sewer work. They had them do some plumbing on a couple of properties. I actually have been really pleased with them and their services. They're good. They have probably done no less than 20 sewer scopes for us this year. So, that would probably be a conservative estimate. On the price, I would give them an A+ if I could give them an A+ on that. I would just say they were in line with other providers very likely. On punctuality, I would say A now that was something that I had to work on. Now, it has been the entire year. This was a problem I had last year. They were a no-show two times, but it has never happened again, ever. Whatever was the issue before has been corrected because they would have been out the door at that point. It was one more and you're out since then, it has been perfection. I think the problem was; they had an answering service, somebody who does take their calls. I think the drop in communication was probably there at one point. Whatever the problem was had been corrected.

Another plumber who had worked for me years ago didn?t do a good job on the plumbing. The guy from DB Plumbing came in and did a very good job. He likes to talk, but he really knows his stuff. Even though he is expensive, he didn?t charge me unfairly at all. He was here for 2 hours, but he charged me only for 1 hour. He was here within 15 minutes of when he said he would be.

Very well. Mr. Boner explained what the problem might be and how he was going to check it. He then made two adjustments, tested the toilet several times, and showed and explained to me what he had done. He also made recommendations for the future (if we eventually replaced the toilet, what to look for.)

Mr. Boner tried several things to prolong the life of my old water heater, all at a reasonable price. Finally, in spite of his best efforts the heater expired. He gave me several options on a new heater--no pressure one way or the other. I chose one, he installed it in an efficient and thoroughly professional manner, and reviewed the instructions with me. He also discussed good maintenance procedures and things specific to the water characteristics in our city. A complete professional.

MR. BONER WAS ON TIME, VERY PLEASANT, POLITE, THOROUGH IN HIS EXPLANATIONS AND CAREFUL. THIS MAN IS A THOROUGHGOING PROFESSIONAL, BOTH IN WORK AND IN DEMEANOR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I WILL USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN.
