They actually were going to come and replace me furnace within 48 hours of me signing the contract, but my schedule worked to have them come in the following week. "Bad Service!!! Very unprofessional. We had a service call on a broken washer and the tech was only here for 10 minutes and mis-diagonised the machine which cost us more time and money. We tried to work it out with them and have them come back out and they would not even come out again! Still charging us for service call. Very bad business and please do not use them. Sad when companies like this take advantage!"
