+ -1 moreI was happy with the person I dealt with at the Geek Squad store. He was really nice. He was very knowledgeable. He definitely did work beyond what he charged me. I thought I got a good deal. He was really helpful. He definitely went above and beyond. He let me borrow a cable that was worth $30. He let me take it home to hook it up and see if that was the problem. I thought that was excellent. I would use them again in the future if required.
