"I have had a couple of years to get over this horrible experience. Buyer beware. She snuck in all sorts of additional charges and wrote such scribbly invoices that it was hard to tell what was what. Really unprofessional. Furniture and furniture fabrics did not look like pictures. Be careful with custom window treatments. They come out looking cheap for what you pay and all additional charges. Furniture cheap, cheap, cheap. Did not stand by per products. If you are unhappy with product, too bad."

"The Shamrock representative was very unprofessional upon his arrival. His demeanor was very non-chalant and he couldn't have cared less. He's the only roofer I've ever heard complain about having to do roofing work - it was "more work" to replace them than do a quick fix and the "roof was pretty high.", and it's a standard two story roof. It felt like I was talking with a disgruntled teen ager. Also, their price was ridiculous. Almost 4 times what I ended up paying for the work."

"We contracted Empire for new carpeting throughout the house and removal of 650 ft of ceramic tile tile and installation of LVT. ALso included was the removal and replacement of sub-floor if needed. The tile removal was performed with no protective covering, tenting or venting. This resulted in the entire 2300 sq ft house covered in ceramic dust. The air was unbreathable and we forced to spend the noght in a hotel until a cleaning crew came in to clean the house. The sub-floor did not need to be touched, which we had paid $1200. When the carpet was installed we realizes the they had left out a room in the contract. When we asked to have the carpet adjusted with the overcharge hey refused. The LVT installation was awlful. Lumpy, bumpy tiles, missing grout, baseboards covered in grout. Empire said they would send an inspector out.They called at 9:00 am on a Saturday morning saying they would arrive between 2 and 4. Needless to say they never showed. They have repeatedly made appts and end up cancelling. All we have are empty promises a bumpy floor. We are out $8500 and now have to delay listing our home."
