It was a disaster. She started being helpful with flooring, stone, wallpaper etc. I should have stopped working with her but she really pushed the custom furniture. Must be a big mark up for her. Waited forever for furniture. When I received, they were cheap and did not look anything like her pictures. Now I'm stuck with this really bad stuff. Don't buy windows treatments from her. They are cheap looking and cheaply made. She made mistakes picking out the wrong lighting but did not stand by her products. She was completely unprofessional with messy notes giving herself an opportunity to sneak in charges for cutting, shipping both ways, trip charges, special orders, etc.. I am to blame for not stopping with her after her help with surfaces. I will take responsibility in that. I should have saw the signs. Problems with overcharging and cheap furniture.

I have had a couple of years to get over this horrible experience. Buyer beware. She snuck in all sorts of additional charges and wrote such scribbly invoices that it was hard to tell what was what. Really unprofessional. Furniture and furniture fabrics did not look like pictures. Be careful with custom window treatments. They come out looking cheap for what you pay and all additional charges. Furniture cheap, cheap, cheap. Did not stand by per products. If you are unhappy with product, too bad.
