"This review is a long time overdue but I really wanted to give Stuart and his team a shoutout for the great job they did. I had Pipeline to come out to Waianae to install 2 toilets and a shut-off valve at my home. Not only were they willing to come this far, but also, Stuart and his team gave the absolute best customer service where nowadays it is rare. His team was fast, clean, respectful and efficient and his pricing very fair for the job. One toilet installation proved to be trickery than anticipated, but they went the extra mile to get the job done. And when it came time to do the shutoff valve, I really was fully frustrated with finding the public water source. However, Pipeline's team member was persistent and got the job done all while maintaining a great attitude. I would definitely recommend Pipeline Plumbing. As a landlord, I have been through my share of repairs and good companies like Pipeline are essential and just plain sanity saving."

Not only did he not complete signoff which we needed for maintaining our warranty but the testing they did was designed to make us believe it was working when it was not. When we tried to get him out again he pretended to be super busy and all booked out when in reality he did not want to come out on a job he was not getting paid for because we already paid him! In good faith! Under the impression this was a reputable company that would back up their work knowing full well it was a brand new super expensive installation where most of the work was done by my contractor and all they had to do was connect the handlers, test the system and certify it. They would not certify it and made excuses but never returned. It never worked. We can not get them back out to fix it because they've already received payment. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE."
