This review is a long time overdue but I really wanted to give Stuart and his team a shoutout for the great job they did. I had Pipeline to come out to Waianae to install 2 toilets and a shut-off valve at my home. Not only were they willing to come this far, but also, Stuart and his team gave the absolute best customer service where nowadays it is rare. His team was fast, clean, respectful and efficient and his pricing very fair for the job. One toilet installation proved to be trickery than anticipated, but they went the extra mile to get the job done. And when it came time to do the shutoff valve, I really was fully frustrated with finding the public water source. However, Pipeline's team member was persistent and got the job done all while maintaining a great attitude. I would definitely recommend Pipeline Plumbing. As a landlord, I have been through my share of repairs and good companies like Pipeline are essential and just plain sanity saving.

James the technician was very professional and installed the water box hookup for my washer and also installed a shut off valve for the house that we've be wanting for a long time. Highly recommended!

Stuart had previously assisted me with several plumbing issues two years ago. Compared to other plumbers, I found him knowledgeable, very good at problem-solving, efficient, and thoughtful in explaining options. This year, my cast iron plumbing began to show signs of deterioration, but Stuart, along with his team, have diligently addressed a myriad of issues with patience, skilled work, and perseverance. I think any homeowner approaches major repair and remedial work with a certain amount of anxiety, but Stuart and his company have demonstrated proficiency and skills that I know can be relied upon.

Stuart and his team are a top notch, no non-sense, reasonably priced and professional operation. Stuart is very knowledgeable, efficient, and a problem solver. When addressing a problem he takes the time to troubleshoot, find the issue and come up with a solution for the long term. Stuart repiped my entire home, installed a mew water main AND relined my sewage piple

All of the projects that Stu and his crew from Pipeline Plumbing LLC worked on were finished well! M, 9/19 they cleared the washer sink clogged drain & replaced 2 old faucets (which were leaking). On F. 9/23 they replaced old, incorrect& corroded housings with dielectric ones and then had replaced @ a foot long pipe* that connected the pipes under the house with the main water line. *Right before they started their work on changing the housings, the pipe burst. We were lucky to have the team here! They knew exactly what to do and immediately jumped into action. Sat, 9/24 there was a leak happening with the washer; the shower was clogged and the water from the shower head was only trickling out. Stu came as soon as he was done with one of his morning jobs. He was able to fix everything. It’s been such a stressful week and Stu really helped rescue us! He knows plumbing so well, and he and his team are so skilled. Feel very fortunate that Stu responded to the request for help with the first project. He and his team at Pipeline Plumbing LLC are so honest, conscientious, skilled, knowledgeable, professional, reasonably-priced, detail-oriented, and caring. Stuart and his team were very pleasant to work with and always arrived within the scheduled window. They conducted themselves professionally and were honest about what needed to be done. I never felt like they were making things up just to charge me money for. They were able to come up with creative solutions to a difficult shower remodel and granted discounts for a couple of small issues that came up. Would definitely use them again and recommend.

This is our fourth time working with Pipeline and everything went well as always. Stuart and Tanner busted out the equipment and changed out the faucets and ptrap, installed a toilet and hauled away the junk one, caulked the sink, replaced the shower spout and added copper extension, plus repiping to install a recessed icemaker box. More projects to come for our go-to plumbers

They did an excellent job in every way. They responded immediately, arrived the next day, did an impeccable job, and were a pleasure to have in the house. these guys are very professional and competent and friendly.

Stuart arrived within the time frame he provided, then quickly & accurately fixed my shower. He also answered any questions I had so that I understood the problem I was experiencing. I will be calling his company in the future for my family’s plumbing issues.

Steward failed to keep his appointment on 7/31 2:30-4:30p & didn’t notify us.

Great-Stuart finished another job early and called to come over before our appointment. He cleared the clogged shower drain and advised that the drain should be cleaned every three years. How happy we were to see the water swirling down the cleared drain. We asked him for an estimate to do other projects and he explained that our building had cpvc which made it difficult, but not impossible, to safety change out the shower handle. He took the time to explain the material and how changing out the shower handle would be impacted with inwall piping etc. Not sure we understood everything but the fact that this young man took the time to patiently educate us with a challenging project was a big plus. Other plumbers may well have taken on the project, run up against an issue when the tiles were removed and then we all would have had a unpleasant surprise to deal with. Looking forward to getting his estimates and seeing if we can send more business his way.

Amazing work done on schedule and exceeded my expectations I am definitely going to hire Pipeline Plumbing again. I have future projects in mind and Pipeline Plumbing will be my first call. I also shared this company’s contact with a few friends.

Honest , Reliable, excellent work...Stu’s calm voice of experience helped a Lot ! I was out of town when the leak happened . My house sitter noticed the sound of water running and saw the pool . We called Stu , his site looked good , and even though it was a Saturday , he came over , accessed the problem , bought the valves , and was able to replace it Beautifully the next day ,Sunday ! He texted us before and after pictures as well ! Accessed the problem right away, came when he said , did what he promised very well ! I’m Very Happy ! Would Definitely call him again .

Company was very polite and professional when they answered my late night phone call. They sent a plumber out the very next day. Stuart came on time and snaked all my drains then educated me on proper drain care to prevent future clogs. Very trustworthy company.

I noticed my kitchen faucet was leaking into my sink so I called pipeline plumbing and he came out on time ! and even came in the house with these shoe covers He recommended to swap out my valves because they were multi turn and he even changed my old rusty drain pipes 5 star service all the way around

My shower pan was very old and since it was made of plastic I got a crack on it close to the drain and it eventually opened up into a small hole. I called Pipeline Plumbing and Stuart came out he recommended to replace the pan with cultured marble. He did the demo in one day and hauled away all his trash , had drop cloths set up too. The pan was being fabricated as soon as i approved the job so as the demo was finished the pan was already ready for pick up! He gave me a new shower valve, walls, and tile was done within a week I've had renovations from other companies that took 4 weeks I also loved how he walked me through and showed the progress.

Pipeline Plumbing came to my rescue (leak) as soon as I called. Very knowledgeable, efficient and honest. He gave me an estimate right away and worked on my plumbing problems. Loved the result!! I highly recommend this company.

Stuart from Pipeline was very professional and efficient. I was having a problem with a leaking toilet on the second floor and he diagnosed and corrected the problem. There has been no recurrence of the problem since then. He also repaired a water line leading to my refrigerator in the kitchen.
