"I called Britebox out due to an electrical issue and found that a breaker needed to replaced. They replaced the breaker incorrectly (using the wrong part). I found out that this was the wrong part when we had further electrical issues causing an appliance motor to burn out, meaning the whole appliance had to replaced. I called Britebox again but they quoted me $10,000 and claimed the whole panel needed to be replaced (the same panel their own electrician had looked at a few months before). I called out another electrician who told me the panel was brand new and should not be touched but that the breaker that Britebox had installed was the wrong one and had caused the new issue. Have called Britebox 7 times to try and speak to someone about this and been told someone would call me back again and again to no avail. My most recent communication ended with them hanging up on me after I waited on hold for 15 minutes."

"I booked this company and paid the deposit. They were supposed to come on a Friday the manager Jeron called 30 min before he was supposed to be there and asked if he could change it to Saturday. I said ok then on Saturday he canceled and asked to come Sunday. On Sunday he was called 20 min before he was supposed to be there and said they were running behind and would be an hour and a half later. Then after 2 hours he said the weather was bad weather and asked to reschedule. I told him no just give me my deposit back. Which was only $30. He said they would process it and it has now been a week and he keeps saying his boss will process it and won?t give me his bosses number. Do not hire them! They are unprofessional, cancel, and will basically take your deposit and not show up. Thank god it was only $30"
