Professional same day service recommended only what I needed to be up to new code and for my house to be safe from surges. They did everything they could price wise to help it to be more affordable.

I called Lighting Bug Electric for a quote to install a generator transfer switch. The office was prompt with scheduling and called to let me know each time when a technician would be out and was on his way. Timing was accurate. Leo came out to give a quote. He looked everything over, listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions and made sound recommendations. I was very impressed with Leo and felt comfortable with the quote and his abilities. This wasn't our first transfere switch intall. I wanted Leo to do the install so I set up an appointment for install with him on the spot for the following week. Leo and Michael came out to do the install. Again the office called to let me know the were on thier way and would be arriving in about 35-40 minutes. I sat my Alexa for a reminder, they were exactly on time. The install was fast and efficient. Very little loss of power (inconvenience to me). Afterwards, Leo walked me through the operating process and again patiently answered all my questions. Michael whom Im assuming was his assistant was very pleasant and personable. Both were people you felt you could trust. They felt like *family doing the job, you knew you were in good hands. *Just FYI , my dad (who has passed) was a licensed electrician and had his own business. We were spoiled if we needed any electrical work, dad would do it. You know he was thorough. Im not an electrician but just growing up in the environment its easy to spot electricians that are sincere, knowledgeable, thorough and care. I highly recommend Leo and Lighting bug electric.

Jeffrey arrived on time for the scheduled appointment with shoe covers and a LBE mat at the door. He quickly identified the issue and had it repaired within 30 minutes. Outstanding service along with a friendly, and courteous demeanor. Highly recommend.

We had Steven come out and repair a dimmer switch that operated 12 kitchen can lights. He was prompt, professional, completely solved our problem (the lights had 2 switches on/off and for years, if you turned off at one door, it wouldn't work at the other but he fixed that), and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!!

Very pleased with the installation of our 240v line to charge our new EV. We got our original quote and they worked with us on the price and added an addition cut off switch per our request as well. Installation was seedless and the electrician did a great job running the line and making everything look tidy.

Lightning Bug Electric was fantastic. Justine was great in scheduling -- she was able to get someone to my house much quicker than I had expected. I realize that part of that was luck, but she went the extra mile, which really impressed me as a first-time customer. Jordan was the electrician who came to our house - he was fantastic! He was friendly, patient, painstaking in diagnosing a complex problem, thorough in making sure that everything was ok before leaving our house, and overall generous in spirit and time. I participated in a video call between Jordan and Justin and can say that Justin was also great -- he provided a valuable second opinion and was also generous with his time and an all-round nice guy. I have found my electrician in Atlanta and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service by JJ and his associate. Much more complicated install of a ceiling fan, necessitating JJ crawling in my attic. Very pleased with the result and the price. Would not hesitate to call them again.

I needed a light fixture switched out for another and Lightning Bug was able to get me on the schedule right away. Steve was awesome and got the job done quickly. He also did a courtesy check on my electrical panel to make sure everything was okay before he left. I highly recommend Lightning Bug Electric and will definitely use them in the future!

Replaced 3 bathroom exhaust fans and a smart electric switch to control the front porch light

Justin did an excellent job on both items and on the first 15% less than quoted by two other providers. On the second item he was able to replace an ancient fan motor with a new one even though initially it seemed impossible.

Things could not have been better. This was very hard work! The electrician explained everything very well. He worked extra hard so that he only had to cut one hole. they were very nice, and they were excellent about mask wearing.
