Jeff's carpenter-painters replaced all of the rotted wood and siding, recaulked the entire exterior of the house, and painted everything. He also attached a copy of his company's Certificate of Insurance to the email that contained his proposal. This is important because sometimes getting this document from a contractor or vendor can be like pulling teeth. They say they are insured but never prove it. The cost of work was very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. Anyone who needs interior or exterior painting on the house would be crazy not to, at the very least, solicit a proposal from Jeff Stevens Painting."
