They did a great job. They walked me through the entire process with much efficiency. More than I’ve ever experienced before in my home reno process. From the beginning and even during the installation, they were always there to answer my questions and over communicate details, which I appreciated. The installation was quicker than I thought it would take and it looks amazing! I also appreciated how they cleaned up after the job. Great quality wood. Great quality installation. And even greater customer service.

Everything was great, the company did 2 properties for me. I was satisfied with the time spent and communication from beginning of project to last day of project. 1st property was $4537 and second property was $5667 . Thank you!

I hired Ergeon for a 50-ft fence along our backyard border, and overall, I would not want to use them again for any future fencing projects for the following reasons: I found them through Angi. At first, they were great with communication and getting me quotes. After having good communication with a sales representative and agreeing to a quote, they then assigned us a project manager (PM) - with whom there were many delays on communication, including more than a week going by before getting a reply. When I did get a reply, it was because I contacted them. My interactions with the PM made it seem that our project was not a priority at all. When I alerted the company that I was disappointed with our PM, they assigned a different one to our project. On the day of our project, there was a lot of rain, so they had to delay our installation. They were initially going to delay the installation a full week; I asked if they could complete it sooner, and they installed it on the next business day. While I appreciate that, it was only because I pressed the issue, not because I felt they prioritized our project. Finally -- our project called for a 7' height fence, and for the gate to be installed at a certain part of our yard. Neither of these specs were met -- the installers brought out 6' pickets, and the gate was not aligned in the place where I had asked it to be. I brought this issue up with the company after the fence was installed, and they agreed to issue a refund for the difference in costs - which was the right thing to do. Clearly, the details of our project were not transmitted clearly from the office/sales department to the installers. TLDR: I ran into quite a few snags with Ergeon on our fencing project, and while we were able to work through those snags with some satisfaction, I would not want to work with this company again knowing that this is how they operate. I also would NOT recommend them to a friend/neighbor for a fencing company.

It was terrible from the very beginning. They lied about not being able to get the permit from the city. The day that fence went up, the way it was explained to me was the installer would come and then they will contact the project manager over the phone then I would submit payment. And what happened is when the installer finished, he said that they could not reached the project manager over the phone but I needed to pay them immediately right then even though I don't have the opportunity to talk with the project manager. This was only a partial fence, because my neighbor has a fence and I only needed one side and a half with a gate. Now, the gate, they left with a big gap or space in the gate and it's so wide that I can even put my whole hand through it. And two of the wooden posts are split from the very top of the post to the bottom all the way down. And there are 15 wood panels in the fencing that have split all the way down and they brought the most cheapest wood. The company agreed that the work was subpar and needed to be repaired as recent as June 5th 2024 and it was done via a video check so he could see it as well as the project manager. And repairs were promised to be made last week. And now he would not respond to my emails and phone calls. I sent a follow -up phone call the day of the video, he did not responded to my email or phone call. The project manager's name is Johnny Cruz with the company number which is 4047375196 and 4704105011 and still did not responded. They were the number one company from Angi's list and the most expensive but I was willing to pay because I wanted a good job, but I didn't get the good job. I went to the city after about a month to follow up for the permit myself, they gave me a copy of the permit that has been sent to this company two weeks before. So, basically they have it. The contract says that they will get any permit needed. And they said that they would pay a one hundred dollars for the permit but the permit was free. There was guarante for this company and I just want my fence fixed.

From beginning to end everyone was courteous and professional! A big thanks to Giovanni, who set it all up and patiently answered all my questions, as well as Omar and the guys who did the job. They began around 10:00 and were done before 3:30. We are extremely pleased with their work!

My first time having a fence installed and I am so impressed on how great of a job was done on this project.. They exceeded my expectations ! They were quick, professional were exceptional at communicating with me during this process. I would most definitely hire them again for any future projects!

Another wonderful experience using ERGEON. This project was the sealing and staining of the fence they installed. The project manager Johnny Cruz was professional and attentive to my questions and concerns. The stain crew lead by Lucas did a great job making sure I was completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend ERGEON to anyone needing a fence installation or repair.

Customer Service was excellent. Had to use a different vendor only because they could not do the job in the timeframe I needed. They were very honest about that capability from the beginning. Honesty can be rare these days. I applaud Ergeon for this.

Although I decided to hold off on my project due to other priorities the Ergeon team (Kelly) was very helpful and provided great customer service. She followed up with me on several occasions and made sure all my questions were answered and my needs met. I will not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
