We had a very good experience with this company. Tracy Reese, the owner, is very friendly, helpful, competent, and professional -- and very focused on customer service. We will contact him again for any future work we need.

They set up an appointment with me a week prior and called me 30 mins before my appointment to cancel. Stating they don’t service my area. What an unprofessional company with no regard for personal time. Very telling about how they do business in general. Have quotes from two of their competitors and one more coming out. Their loss, but tread softly.

Several delays before starting work required multiple rescheduling calls. Crew that did the work was inexperienced and used shortcuts resulting in a partial redo of the framing of the wood fence. This left exposed cuts, marks and extra nails on the wood. The spacing of the pickets is obviously uneven throughout. The promised remedies by the owner of the company were never completed. The people were kind, but I would not recommend them. From a distance the fence looks OK, and it is keeping the dogs in. Thus, it meets minimum standard.

Great Experience! We had damage from Hurricane Irma and called 3 fence companies for quotes. We chose Keystone for their excellent quote, the background of the company (in business for 32 years) and personal approach of the owner who came out to give us the quote. The work was done well, the fence looks great, the installers were very professional...And we couldn't be happier!

Love our new fence - guys worked long hours, did a great job, cleaned up after words. We bought an aluminum fence, priced several companies, Keystone had best price, came out within a week, had the fence up as expected. They were careful not to hit our underground sprinkling system, when digging, our yard is small, so it's easy to hit something. I spoke to the owner when they were done, he wanted to make sure we were happy with the work. I would definately recommend Keystone fence co.

Everyone I dealt with at Keystone was very professional. Kasey, the owner's daughter came out for the initial visit and sent me the proposal. I changed the specs 2 or 3 times but her communication was great. When I gave them the ok, the installation was set up quickly. I was amazed at how fast 2 guys could mark off, dig holes and install over 400' ft of fence. It looked great. There were two minor issues that I contacted them about. Tracy, the owner, called me immediately and they were taken care of the next day. 100% satisfied

Keystone was great. Tracy, the owner, works hard to make sure everything is right. He told me what the could do for me. As an aside, I had called another company before I called Keystone. They came out four days after Keystone had come out to take measurement and tell me what they couldn't do that I wanted done. Two week later and after Keystone had finished my project the other company sent me their estimate. I told them sorry it was already finished. I am so happy I called Keystone based on Angie's list.

We got the first quote in October of 2015, I told Tracy we would be doing the work in the spring. I called him back because the quote did not have some of the items we discussed. He assured me they were in the quote. FF to March 2016, we had him come back out because we wanted to make the fenced area a bit larger. We showed him where we wanted the fence to go and all else was to remain the same. The quote went up about 3k for about the same linear feet. When it came time to install the crew would show up after lunch, we were told a few days and that turned into over a week. They used the CHEAPEST springs they could find for the gates and we had to have another company come out and put the PROPER closures on the fences. The one gate let to the pool and it would not close unless you pulled it hard and well you can't rely on all neighbors to do that. It was always I will fix it. He said he would do some other things but NEVER called back or came out when promised. However he HAD to have his money when he said he finished, which was days late and hours after he said they would and I had to rush back to get him a check. I really liked Tracy and I am sure he is a good guy but I think large jobs are not his thing.

I called and scheduled an estimate a few weeks before we moved in to our new house to make sure it would be done on time for us to move with our dog so she could roam safely in the back yard. Kasey was very responsive to emails and helped with the quote and even came out to our house to do the initial survey herself. The quote was fine, so I signed the contract and we agreed on a date for the crew to begin. Unfortunately this is where things go south. We move in and the day comes (Saturday) and the crew never shows up. We received no prior notice of the delay or anything. Kasey was out on vacation and the crew supervisor made excuses and then finally after some back and forth he came out and put out flags in our yard, saying that the crew would begin on Monday. However, Monday came and went and no crew showed up, no work was done, still with no notice or communication or anything. We were pretty disappointed and frustrated at this point. We had to call them to get an explanation, which was pretty unsatisfactory. Finally, the crew came out on Tuesday and completed the job - 3 days late. I guess that isn't too bad in the grand scheme of things, but it was certainly frustrating for us and our dog after we had scheduled this far in advance. The quality of the actual work is great and the fences look perfect, but the communication of the whole team certainly left something to be desired. For our trouble they gave us a complementary gate, which was nice. If the communication had been better I would give them a B and if things had been done on time it would be an A.

At first I thought they would be too expensive – After contacting several companies I started to get the impression that my (Fence Job) was too small - These guys at Keystone Fence Company Inc. Were great! They treated me like they were fine with having me as a Customer. They came out and took measurements, and then they schedule the appt. Everything went smoothly really no complaints. The guys that installed/repaired my fence were very professional as well. They cleaned up after them selves - I will definitely recommend them to my co-workers and friends.

I contacted the company and scheduled an estimate appointment. While the company representative arrived slightly later than scheduled, he called in advance to notify of the delay. The representative asked for a copy of property survey which was emailed to him on the same day. The representative never got back to me with any questions or with an estimate - even after I left several voice mails and sent several emails. Also, I called the office twice and BOTH times was told that someone would get back to me... It has been three weeks now - still no phone call or email...

From initial visit/quote, to final install, every step was amazingly easy, fast and professional work. Looked better than I dreamed--gates were custom made to my specifications--for functionality and aesthetics. All work completed in 1 day, with exception of drive thru gate which was custom made and installed the day after. Beautiful work and super friendly crew. I'm very happy, and have recommended Keystone to others who want fencing installed. I wish I'd done the project much sooner.

I had a tree fall on my wood fence due to recent high winds. I called the company who originally installed my fence to do the repair. They could not accommodate me in a timely manner. I have dogs and was afraid they would get out through the break. I called Keystone and talked with Tracey and scheduled an estimate. Cody came the next day and I had an estimate in my inbox that evening. I scheduled the repair and Kent did an excellent job. I called back when a older panel separated from a newly installed post and Kent promptly came out and fixed it. This is a family owned business and does excellent job. They are definitely customer centered and work with you to make sure you're completely satisfied. I've already recommended them to a friend and will definitely call them if I need any additional work with my fence. Extremely satisfied with this company.

From the first contact with Kasey Reese the entire process was a pleasure and first class. Their estimate was done the next day after I called and work completed within a week, Their price of $1100 was the same as another Angies List company but they would not be able to complete the job for 4 to 6 weeks. A third Angies List company gave me an estimate of $2400 and they got upset when I told them their price was way out of line. Kasey and her crew did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Kasey is friendly and enthusiastic and they want to earn your business unlike some other contractors who act like you are bothering them when you call for an estimate. It is also a pleasure that they answer their phones instead of having to leave a message and waiting days for a return call. I have no hesitation in giving my highest recommendation to Keystone Fence.

II rated them lower on responsiveness and punctuality for being late for the appointment and then not getting us a proposal, and lower on professionalism for another issue that has been removed from this review at their request and also for calling and texting me asking me to change this review for something that they agree is truthful.

the fence was done on schedule, is exactly as contracted and looks great. Only reason for the lower grade on punctuality was in marking the property lines. It took three tries before the gal arrived for the appointment. Everyone else arrived on time and were extremely good at staying in contact regarding the fence installation. I received two phone calls the following day to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would use this company again.

Tracy and his team were very professional during the installation of my fence. It was delivered and installed as promised, and the quality is outstanding. I got a great deal on the fence, and it looks spectacular. I would definitely use them again!!!

He was flexible and friendly and punctual throughout the entire process. The two guys who came out to install the fence got the whole job done in twelve nonstop hours and did excellent, beautiful work. When we spotted on minor flaw in one of the post boards, Tracy had a guy out the very next day to replace the board. We couldn't be more pleased. We get compliments every time someone sees the fence and the way it compliments our little house so well!

We can't say enough good things about Keystone! My husband called and they were able to come out and quote the job in 48 hours. They provided the plan and the quote (amazing price!) within 24 hours and even apologized for being a bit late with it. They called to apologize that they were going to be delayed on the start because of all of the rain that we had. My husband told him that we were on vacation and not a worry at all! I had read the reviews on Angie's list and they are on point! The crew showed up right on time and were ready to work. Great job keeping our backyard nice and clean. They came back the following day to put up the gates and just put their heads down and worked. We absolutely love the fence and couldn't be happier with Keystone! Tracy came out next day for an estimate and I was very impressed with their presentation. They guaranteed the fence for life and explained the process thoroughly. He had a crew come out that Sunday to begin the installation. It took roughly a week for the installation to be complete, which was the only hiccup. However, Tracy was a complete professional and answered my calls and addressed my concerns promptly throughout the process. I have to admit I was frustrated by how long it took to install since it was only a partial fence, but Tracy was right out the next day to complete the job. I have small dogs and was getting a fence installed to keep them safe in the yard, so he made sure that there were NO gaps in the fence or the driveway gate. The gate that was installed is TOP NOTCH! It is galvanized steel and wood and I have gotten several compliments on it already! I suspect this pass-through gate will outlive the house itself (LOL). Great job, excellent work ethic, and I will definitely be referring friends and family.

Keystone Fence performed a on time and on budget install. They were not the cheapest but Owner Tracy was flexible enough craft an install that was not generic and was specific to my specific design specifications. After the install there were close out inspection details that needed to be addressed. Tracy was very prompt in taking care of any outstanding issues. Tracy wants to earn your business by being very forthright and professional. The Key Differentiator for me was that Tracy was both the Salesman and the Project Manager. This is key to ensure that what you are sold does not get lost in translation when it is time for the Project Manager to execute on the deliverable.
