"First OFF, ANGI should be ashamed to have this company as contractor. I would STRONGLY recommend not using this contractor for anything. They attempted to replace a toilet i purchased and it was not done correctly. When i tried to call them on it, the never returned my call. When i finally spoke to someone they spoke to me like i was stupid and suggested i do a google search and the plumber (another contractor) that explained their mistakes did not know what they were talking. Despite the fact they installed the toilets perfectly with no issue. They refused to make it right to my satisfaction. They are overpriced, nickel and dime you to death and have the absolute worst customer service. So if you are looking for a shady contractor who doesn't do good work, will "scam" you out of your money and provide the absolute worst customer service then i would say this the contractor for you. If you are looking for a good and reputable contractor that will do good work and provide good customer service, i will have to tell you like the tech they sent out to try to fix their mistake.... "You are better off hiring someone else". If anyone would like more detail or documented proof how this contractor should never be used EVER... feel free to contact me. They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

A faucet replacement vs. a failed waste line flooding a finished basement would be at opposite ends of a very broad spectrum. "A plumbing repair" could range from perhaps a $150 minimum service charge up to tens of thousands of dollars for a substantial repair and associated cleanup, finish work, etc.

Plumbing costs obviously vary from job to job. You can expect to pay anywhere from $225 - $400 for your average repair of a faucet or toilet. Frozen broken pipes are a much more difficult item to put a price tag on. The best course is to try to correct it as soon as possible: These tend to get worse rather than better, which means more costly. You will obviously be paying more for after hour emergency services, but time is of the essence.

Before your plumber pays you a visit, it’s a good idea to clean up any boxes, garbage, or other obstacles that could be in their way.
