DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They sold me a unit 2 months ago and it’s broken down 3 times already. They do not reply to your requests and do not fix it when they do come out. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!!

These guys continue to impress me! Every interaction I've ever had with them has been positive. Here are just a few things I've experienced.... + Friendly and prompt responses when engaging with their office + Ease of scheduling service visits, whether I have called or reserved a time via their website + Communication is amazing! Everything from the confirmation of my service visit to text messages letting me know when the technician will be here to the phone call from the tech letting me know he's on his way + Expertise. I've probably interacted with six or seven different technicians over the years and every one of them knows their stuff. + Fair and transparent pricing. In almost every situation I've been given multiple options once they've diagnose the issue. I've never felt like I was being pressured into choosing the most expensive option or being limited to only one option. Bottom line is that these guys are the real deal and you should use them!

TE Certified is my go to company for any services they provide. I had 4 heat pumps replaced with them, various plumbing/electrical, and most recently a whole house generator. Billy did a great job showing the generator options and managing the sales/install cycle. Matt and team did a fantastic job installing the system and showing me how it all worked. TE Certified always uses high quality materials and workmanship for long term error free operations. The county inspector even commented on how good it all looked. I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

Incredibly efficient and professional organization to work with. Ben came out to review the issue and it was clear there was a system problem that needed to be addressed. I was given a set of options to choose from and upon selection an appointment was established within 5 days. My entire system was replaced with a much more efficient set of products; entire service time was approximately 7 hours. System is humming along as expected and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and products provided.

Kyle, Dalton and Dylon spent the week at our house completing a myriad of projects including an electrical service upgrade, installing security lights, installing outdoor outlets, etc. They did a fantastic job! I can’t say enough about their knowledge, professionalism and kindness. We will definitely use them again! Thank you!

I would give 10 stars - the whole experience was great. We had dreaded going through the process because past experience with HVAC contractors had us conditioned to expect a lot of stress. However, TE Certified was fantastic from start to finish. The first technician who came to diagnose the problem was really good, exactly on time and very knowledgeable. He immediately recognized the issue and explained it clearly, offering several options for how to deal with it. We chose to replace the unit, and the next day the estimator came out. He was really good as well, giving helpful information and offering several options and prices that would work for us. He was also exactly on time, very friendly and not pushy at all. When the installers came to do the work, again they were exactly on time. Both installers were very friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and spent time showing us how to use the new thermostats. We were highly impressed with everyone from TE Certified and plan to stay with them for all maintenance, as well as for any other services we might need that they offer.

They called pretty much immediately and the were able to do an estimate about a week and a half later later. Their estimate could have been a bit more detailed.

I had a gas leak in one of my furnaces, Atlanta Gas light came out to verify the leak. I call TE Certified because of the great Angie's list reviews and I previously used them before on another project. All I wanted was the gas leak repair and to inspect the 2nd unit that I had. The technician told me that I had mold in my downstairs unit and it needed replacing. After checking the upstairs unit after about 5 mins he came down and said that he had to shut my furnace down because it has a cracked heat exchange, " a known scam" (do the research.). He went as far as to say that he had to condemn my furnace because of Georgia Law.Now granted my wife is now in the house with no heat and its February.. he then proceeded to try and set me up for an appointment to purchase 2 Furnaces. Went over financing options etc. I just let him talk knowing that this was BS. Both units had already been inspected thoroughly so I knew that there wasn't a crack heat exchange. I simply needed to fix the gas leak. I called another company that was on Angie's list also. They came out the next day and fixed the gas leak and the total cost was $155.00, he also inspected both units and said that there was no cracked heat exchange on either unit and both were functioning fine just as the previous inspector pointed out.. This guy was trying to sell me 2 furnaces for aprox $12000 and all I needed was a pipe that cost $105 plus a $55 service fee for $155.00 TE should be ashamed of themselves. The good reviews might confirm that they do good work but they might also be selling work that is unnecessary to the unsuspecting public. Their service call cost me $99.00 for nothing. Also I have never written a bad review on Angie's list or any other site before.

If I could give these guys six stars, I would. Awesome service, fantastic work, very courteous and knowledgeable technician. I would not hesitate to recommend TE Electrical to anyone needing an electrician.

I had an electric panel upgraded in my house. I had the service increased to 200AMP and arc-fault breakers installed. The house's panel was 42 years old and out dated. In addition, the TE Team got my house up to code with new smoke alarms and CO2 detectors. Wilson and Jason were my technicians and they did an outstanding job on upgrade. There were several issues to resolve in my older house. They kept me informed on what was going on and why things had to be done a certain way. I highly recommend TE Certified for any electrical work.

TE Certified Electrical was very responsive in setting up an onsite visit. Besides providing a cost estimate, which included details of the work effort needed, the technicians also provided recommendations on additional work that they recognized would be required to get my electrical system up to code. Due to the cost estimate being too high versus the benefit, I opted to not have the electrical work done at this time.
