They came quickly, good communication.

I took over management of a home serviced by Casteel for years and I successfully used them once and was happy (I may even have posted a positive review). I scheduled a tune up one month in advance (I live in the northeast) and booked a flight specifically for the tune up. Two days prior to my appointment it was cancelled by Casteel because they were "short staffed" and were" only responding to emergencies". I spent one hour on the phone attempting to receive some accommodation. I pleaded with the head of dispatch to no avail noting Casteel has served my location for years and I was flying in from out of state for this appointment. He refused to help. I then asked Casteel for a supervisor follow up. I never once received a call. I scrambled to find a replacement company which I eventually did. On the day of the cancelled appointment Casteel showed up with no notice or phone call. I already had had the unit serviced by a competitor. One week later I receive a phone call from Sandy in customer service saying she was calling "again" (I have never received a phone call from her). I returned the call three times and have never been able to speak to her. I held off writing this review pending a conversation with her. I could never trust this company or depend on them. The customer service was truly as bad as it gets

They were excellent. He was on-time, neat, polite, answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for a better service visit

Stan Stankov was our tech when our system went down and provided excellent customer service went and grabbed a larger fuse to keep our HVAC system from dropping again due to all the recent storm activity in the area. Would highly recommend their systems, customer support and technical expertise. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

The entire team, the tech who diagnosed the problem, the rep who went over my options based on the problem, and the repair team who removed my old system and installed the new one, they were all professional, courteous and since I am familiar with the components of an AC system I could tell that they were honest and were there to make the experience as easy as possible.

Matt showed up on a very hot Saturday and did a fantastic job of installing a new water heater. I had the county inspector come yesterday and he made the same assessment. It only took a minute to check and approve the installation because it was done so well

We were blessed to have Justin with Casteel Heating & Air as a very skillful, kind and talented technician. We have a Smart Thermostat that other companies’ technicians said “we don’t work on those things”. When we requested service and mentioned that, they told us they would pair us with a technician who is very skillful and they were correct. Justin showed up on time, beautiful smile and very professional. Our grandbabies were over for the weekend and was just waking up in the early morning and Justin was sensitive to that. He moved so stealthily throughout the house and was able to do exceptional work quietly and efficiently. We would certainly request him again should we encounter any future issues with our units. Thank you!

Casteel & their rep Michael Frye exceeded even lofty expectations. First, they offer discount coupons on their website. From the moment I placed the call, my A/C was fixed and cooling efficiently within 3 hours. Michael Frye was friendly & professional. He documented his discovery process at each important step. Using his tablet, he took pictures of the problems he found and presented to me in a way that was easy to understand. Once we agreed on the fix, Michael went to work and soon my A/C was functioning like new. I highly recommend Casteel and Michael.

Another day in a hot house thanks to the fine folks at Casteel not actually making my appointment when I called yesterday. The girl Kiki? On the phone had to go back and listen to my call from yesterday to confirm that I had even called in for anything. And despite her saying they could still get me in today, they won’t be here til tomorrow. Air conditioning is kinda critical in the state of Georgia and you’ve gotta be able to rely on the companies you call for help to do their job. Casteel isn’t that kind of company.

Dan, fully understood what the issue was and despite the heat, resolved the issue in minutes to our full satisfaction.

Tom did a good job!! The team beginning with Rory to Todd who handled were very professional and knowledgeable. I was really surprised and excited that I had great service. I haven't seen this in a while from any company. Keep up the great work Casteel with caring for your employees 👏 👍

Brandon has been so helpful through our sewer replacement process. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and quite funny too. He is a star employee that you should cherish.
