They came out for a quote on my water heater and I was really impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of the complete situation at hand. They emailed me a complete quote that contained all pertinent information(specifications,insurance,warranty, etc.) immediately of leaving my house. I ended up using someone else, but upon reflection I wish I had used them. I will not hesitate to contact them again and would suggest that anyone needing work done do so too. Their pricing was extremely competitive and I have a feeling they wouldn't have needed to make numerous trips to Home Depot to complete the job. Shame on me.

I recently hired Sam for a water pressure regulator replacement, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Sam's responsiveness, communication, and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. Sam quickly addressed the urgent issue , communicated effectively throughout the process, and took the time to educate me about the problem. (my water pressure measured at 120 psi instead of 50-60! and it effected my expansion tank on my water heater as well!) His efficiency in replacing the regulator, expansion tank and upgrading the water shutoff showcased his attention to detail. I highly recommend Sam for any plumbing needs. His professionalism and quality of work make him a top choice. I'm grateful for his excellent service!

Excellent!!! plumber figures out where leak was and what was causing not stop call for water inside line feeding our washing machine….work was done in a timely manner. Plumber was very neat and cleaned up after himself. And FastDrains Plumbing charged a reasonable, fair price. I will keep their telephone number on file. They will be first call for any future plumbing needs we may need. Am grateful that I met them!! Highly recommend their services to any who need a responsive, responsible and reasonably priced plumber!!
