"Couldn’t have been better. Definitely had challenges with Covid/Supply Chain issues which lengthened the time of the remodel, but none of it was Mark, the builder’s fault. In fact, I don’t know of anyone other than Mark Goodson who could have handled the obstacles more professionally! As for the remodel itself, it turned out absolutely beautiful! Before the build began, I thought it hyperbole when Mark said that the finished basement will be the feature that will sell my home in the future. I can honestly say he wasn’t exaggerating one bit! His design for our new home ( my wife and I moved downstairs and the kids and grandkids moved upstairs) was way beyond what my wife and I could have imagined; and it was certainly much better than the other two estimates I got in the beginning. First, Mark refused to put in a dropped ceiling which would have close in the living space. Instead, he redid the duct work so that he could do tray ceilings in every room giving the basement a larger look! Finally, he took out an entire wall thus opening up what would be our living and kitchen into a wide-open space. Bottom line, Mark is indeed the Basement Specialist making the most of every inch of space both useable and beautiful. You may be thinking he must be overly expensive, but in fact, his estimate was much lower than one of the three I brought in. You can’t go wrong with Mark. The pride and workmanship he uses in hiring his crews is beyond reproach."

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"They remodeled one bathrooom back in 2019 and I had them do another bathroom and work in the kitchen. The tiling is perfection! They pay attention to detail, are conscientious about clean up as well. Also, they were able to work very fast!"

"First OFF, ANGI should be ashamed to have this company as contractor. I would STRONGLY recommend not using this contractor for anything. They attempted to replace a toilet i purchased and it was not done correctly. When i tried to call them on it, the never returned my call. When i finally spoke to someone they spoke to me like i was stupid and suggested i do a google search and the plumber (another contractor) that explained their mistakes did not know what they were talking. Despite the fact they installed the toilets perfectly with no issue. They refused to make it right to my satisfaction. They are overpriced, nickel and dime you to death and have the absolute worst customer service. So if you are looking for a shady contractor who doesn't do good work, will "scam" you out of your money and provide the absolute worst customer service then i would say this the contractor for you. If you are looking for a good and reputable contractor that will do good work and provide good customer service, i will have to tell you like the tech they sent out to try to fix their mistake.... "I am leaving a review before the work is even started. I received a quote from another company and scheduled the work. When they showed up, they tried to triple the cost. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. They are scheduled to come out this week to start the project. I would highly recommend a company with such integrity in the employees and the owner. I look forward to working with them."
