Rooter Pro Plumbing GA

I am leaving a review before the work is even started. I received a quote from another company and scheduled the work. When they showed up, they tried to triple the cost. I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. They are scheduled to come out this week to start the project. I would highly recommend a company with such integrity in the employees and the owner. I look forward to working with them.

Jerimey Jackson came on an emergency call to help us with a bad leak. He explained everything he was going to do and why. He saved the day and got our water going in about an hour.

Jerimey Jackson is one of the most awesome person, I've ever met! He is truly a blessing from God ! He really knows his stuff. He is very dependable and on time. He came through for me when property owner wouldn't! If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have hot water. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He's a great Plummer. I would recommend him to anyone. That needs a Plummer who cares and would go over and beyond for his customer. His company is blessed to have him.
