Commercial strengths are Restaurants and Commercial Retail/Office space. Managed by a fourth generation builder with a wide array of project types under his belt, we are capable of any size project.

"Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."

Many of the contractors on our team are second-generation, and they are experts in a wide variety of fields. Our extensive knowledge and experience of new construction, combined with our use of innovative tools and and high-quality materials, makes us an excellent choice for both new and seasoned homeowners.
"We wanted to expand our deck, which meant extending our roof as well. Other contractors reviewed the requirements and wouldn't touch it, not only did Georgia Restoration and Construction take on the job they did an awesome job. The extension added 210 sq ft. The job required framing/roofing/new pillars/new siding/painting, etc.. The GARCP team did a great job managing the various needed crews and the unusually high volume of local rain fall. No construction job is without a few flaws, the important thing is that the issue is acknowledged and corrected. The team did a great job solving all issues to our upmost satisfaction. Highly recommended in our book!"
