"Scam! Scam! Scam! I believe this company is the worst home warranty provider in the USA. They were having a promotion and of course I took the bait and it became one of the worst decisions I've made. This company deserves zero stars but I had to choose one to make this post. Please note that any positive reviews you see on them are from those who have not filed a claim. It has been 6 months and I'm still waiting for my cash in lieu check and now my home warranty has expired. Of course I did not renew and that is why I'm still waiting. I call every week for an update and I keep getting a runaround with responses like my check is in the mail and it never comes. And responses like they will call me back and they never do. This company is really the worst. Beware!"

"Their technician came to the house to install an outside spigot and couldn't install it properly after two attempts. On his second visit, he broke the pipe in the wall and wouldn't come out fix it but told me to call another plumbing company which I did. I gave the invoice to AZ to pay since it was their plumber who broke it and it's been WEEKS and I can't get their management to respond or pay the invoice."

"Six months ago, Home-Tech over-billed me close to $2k, without any refund despite constant promises (issue varied over time: original over bill of $850 grew with multiple deliveries to $2k then $1K) Be very cautious giving your credit card as they not only used mine without permission, but they claimed that as their right. They frequently promise refund (again last week), but change their minds offering litany of specious excuses. Bottom line: they overcharged me $2k, and evade my attempts to get a refund. They also blatantly misused my credit card claiming they had that right. Key player=Timothy VanMeter (Appliance Sales Manager - 239-433-3344 X242). As requested resolution, billing department promised last week to return around $1K. If they deliver, I will accept it as “close enough.” Since they constantly renege, I ask that they stick to the promise this time. The had also said the Company CEO, would call to hear my full complaint. I still desire this."

Fleet Homes is a new home builder that specializes in the southwest Florida lifestyle. Each customer receives personalized attention throughout the entire process. Choose from one of our existing floor plans or we can design a custom floor plan just for you.
"Spoke with Jaime Waite, to get floors repairs as there were cuts from the dishwasher being installed. She stated they would do a "quick" fix. I told her I was concerned the damage would return, she then brought up her dad, stating he did floors and patches would work. I also advised the trimming was coming up inside the home and needed to be fixed. She sent a contractor" over to make repairs. On his walk through, this man stated he's never done this work before and will "see what he can do". Once he left I called Jaime and told her of this, she disregarded my concern and said he was their only contractor. He came back to complete the work. I asked him to wear booties, he didn't, he also set his dirty tools on my new rug and sofa. He gorilla glued only one cut on the floor and managed to ruin my Custom Island I had installed. He got gorilla glue all over the island countertop and all over the kitchen floor. After trying for 4 hours, I was unable to get the glue off my floor or countertop. He was also there to fix the door as it would not stay closed unless the deadbolt was locked. He took all the metal plates out of the frame and managed to dent the medal door frame. This is issue was not fixed like many other things. Since then, I have been dealing with Jaime Waite's supervisor, Todd Tentinger, he has also disregarded my concerns, even after pictures of damage were sent."
